About My College Expereince

Positive comment about college is the best faculty and environment for studies. The negative remark is that a much better can be done for job placements and internships provided by the college. Till now it is not up to its best. If it will get improved more students will get a chance to prove themselves. And some big MNC must be called for internships and company placements.

Usually, they check the percentage of the 12th Class for admission. Different Courses have different.

I am doing BCA, this course is in demand as of today need. We all know this era is of the internet and there is a need for computer specialists in almost every field. In BCA I had learned various programming languages and web development languages. So I think students who are just passed out there intermediate and have a keen interest in computers. They must go for BCA. This course is much in demand and will always be as we are in the era of the internet and technology. That's all my opinion about BCA.

Yeah, the college provides internship but not on a very large scale. Till now I hadn't faced any experience as I am in the final year of BCA now. But I had seen my seniors to get an internship from various companies. So all I can say till now is they provide internship.

Placements and job opportunities are there. Well, it totally depends on the talent of individual students. Yeah but college makes company visits the college campus. Not big MNCs but some regional companies come to college for interviews. And based on individual talents, many students my seniors got jobs and placements from college.

From time to time, the college hosts various events and we celebrate some main festivals in college with stage programs. And other cultural events are also being hosted yearly basis. And various sports competitions and inter college tournaments are also hosted from time to time in college.

The feasible fee structure is quite good and less in comparison to other local colleges. A medium family can easily afford the fee expenses. So the fee is not the problem here. Most students also prefer to get enrolled in college due to the low fee expenses.

Scholarships our college provides to the students who have proved themselves and got good percentages during year exams mean talented students get scholarships. And scholarships also are given to very poor family students so that they can easily get an education. And other scholarships to other caste peoples or category peoples like SC ST and OBC.

Labs are well designed and well equipped with the latest technologies. Ample space for students to do their practicals and all systems are well updated there with the best software so that students get the most benefit from them. And the lab is equipped by the LAN high speed internet for connectivity.

I will give 8/10 to infrastructure. And 9/10 to other facilities. The college always focuses and a healthy environment so students get a good education in a calm and silent environment and all necessary facilities are 24×7 provided by the college.

Yeah my, all seniors were helpful, they always helped me whenever I seek their help, both in academics and other social events and cultural events host by the college during the last few years. So the experience with seniors was quite good.

The exam structure is based on the Kumaun University pattern. Semester wise exam is held twice in each year. Kumaun University conducts the exam as our college is affiliated to Kumaun University. So seriously I don't like the exam pattern of University. But what I can do, I had to follow their exam pattern as I had to get graduated.

I visited the accounts office of college and there was a special team there those who are active during the admission time. I visited and firstly gather some basic info from them like fee structure and other fares. After then I submitted my intermediate mark sheet there and fill up the admission form with my selected course. And after filling the form and payment done. I got a fee receipt and admission slip that ensures I was enrolled in college. So this is all how I got admission in college.

Faculty is the most important factor that I wished to join this college. A well experienced faculty is there providing the best education they can provide. Both technically and practically. Both ways of providing knowledge by faculty are one of the best parts of faculty there. Faculty and student ratio is very low. Helping nature and quite friendly behavior is there.
