The environment of the campus we had it was very much peaceful

The aspect of the curriculum that influenced me was the way of teaching offered by the university The curriculum prepared us very well like making us understand the real world problems and how to deal with those

Class Size: 1500Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure per semester wise we had was INR 140000 We had 2 semester every year and which totally is INR 2,80,000 During the course the admission fees was 75000 for which we got a laptop And INR 1,40,000 was only the tution fees hostel and mess fess were added differently

Campus Life

Campus life and socialism with friends were the best thing which I had ever experienced the moments the memories I had with my friends during my college career I can never forget some memories never fades right and those are the memories which I had in the university

Admission

My college was a leading university in the field of teaching and making well educated students making them learn the lessons of life i didn't applied for any other colleges as i had set my mind that i am going to pursue my degree in this university itself because it was really very much different from others

Faculty

The faculty members were very much supportive they also used to take our extra classes whenever we had any sort of doubts Jeevan Kumar Jena sir was my real idol he was never like a teacher to me but always showed me the right path by being a very good friend There was no faculties that i didn't liked everyone of them wanted our wellness There were mid semester and end semester schedule according to the spring and autumn exams

Collage Review of IIIT

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, SAMSUNG visited and about 7 to 8 lakh rupees package they are giving. Highest placement is 1.5 crore and the average package is 8 to 9 lakh rupees. About 70 percent students getting placed. I want to job in MICROSOFT.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem the students became eligible for campus selection. Companies like Infosys, EVEREADY, ACC , ultratech and many more offering annual packages starting from 2lakhs to 8lakhs. Highest 8lakhs annual packages and average was like 3.5lakh to 4.5 lakh. Approximately 70 to 80 percentage of students are getting placements every year. After getting the degree i want to do a job in electrical companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because at first I was interested to automobile engineering but I didn't got it from other college so I preffered this mechanical engineering. It is a very though course as it seems. And there was 1:7 for faculty and student ratio. Faculties were highly qualified and some did PhD and m. Tech and other are fresher. The teaching skill differ person to person. The thermodynamics faculty was very excellent. In every year there was 2 semester and it is a little difficult. And before semester there was internal and viva.

Life at Kiit university..

Things about kiit

You have to give kiitee exam the exam is tough but cutoff is low but there is no benefit of reservation. Exam fee is zero. I think cutoff should be increase be as there is lot of students but less than srm and vit. Hope you like this review...Read More

My college experience

First, you have to apply for Kiitee, then give the exam and qualify, I have applied for KIIT, cause it's a reputated institute, with good placement & many other positive factors. The only cons of this institute are the fees. I know a private institution with such a big name cost this much but still according to me & many other fees are 2-3 lakhs more.
