What Students Say

Likes

The computer lab of college are pretty good the maintenance and number of computers. If there js free lecture you can go to the computer lab and practice whichever language you want and the lab Facility are very nice and understanding in nature.
The bus service provided by college is also very nice.
The college building is well maintained and cafeteria of college provide things at pocket friendly amount.

Dislikes

The facilities are not that much skilled . They tech only theoretically and not focus on practical skills.
The environment of college is not good for studies their are no competitive mindset or focus for their course.
Their are not such placements for the course which i do. The college held the job fair but not provide that over all development of the student.

I have intrest in web development. So, i choose this course because in my course their are multiple languages to learn and also AI learning but the their is no modern way of teaching for ex.. They teach us programming language like c, c++, java on old compilers they don't use moder days compilers like vs studio and the way of teaching is very old there is no relevance to real life competitive programming.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 44800 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees of my college which i paid is 44800 and the year wise i paid is 31000 for first semester and 13800 for second sem. Yes, the college provided the scholarship for OBC, ST and SC category but their in no financial aid that are available for students

Campus Life

In this college there is no social group and clubs. The college held only two festivals first is freshers around october-november and second is Acchivers in march beside of this there is no extracurricular activities. In library there is no books available for students student have to study from their own books and the classes are not well maintained.

Hostel Facilities

I am not stay in hostel in my college but the friends of mine who stay in hostel and gives a good feedback of hostel. They provide free gym for the student and meals are also good in taste and safety and cleaning in hostel is good.

Hostel Fee: INR 65000 per year

Admission

After 12th i want to take drop and prepare for an competitive exam but my parents didn't want me to take a one year gap. So, in the last moment from my friend suggestions i choose this college which is the biggest mistake of life. For admission in my college their in no exam and specific cut off required, just come pay the fees and congratulations your admission is done.

Faculty to student ratio are very poor. My batch, their are around 160 student and there is only 5 to 6 facilities available. There is no such teacher which i like. Our college held two seasona exam before semester exam and level of exam is moderate.

Average college with low placement

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placement in their final year. The companies which visited are spektra system, tcs, subrol ,rise zonic the average package is around 4LPA and the highest package is around 8LPA .the percentage of students getting placement is low as most of the students could not pass test. My plans after getting BCA degree is to pursue MCA in a better college.

My life changing experience of my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am always interested in playing games online and offline games also pc games so I decided I will make the games like pubg ,free etc. But I'm more interested in designing inside the game things like characters, gun skins and more. Average college with low placement

I also applied to GGSIPU but could not take addmission as I didn't pay much attention to that. I got around 320 rank. I couldn't give cuet due to some issues so I couldn't apply for more colleges . The main reason to chose GITAM is because of the low fee structure and it being around my home city. My college accept DRCC so most of the students are from Bihar but for me I took scholarship exam which got 70% off in first year.
