Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Studying MBBS is tough But at the same time there is this constraint with every other course Self study is very important and an integral part of the students life As you won't be able to cope up with the amount of syllabus. Frequency of tests is very important as it prepares you for the finals and you don't lose edge over your studies. You'll have to give so many exams and internal assessments that the fear of exams will vanish and you'll be prepared for the future

Internships Opportunities

3

The college provides its own internship opportunity After course completion we have to do a one year mandatory internship from our own college For which we are paid 7000 per month. We are supposed to rotate ourselves over different departments throughout the course of intership Good learning experience for those who are willing to learn.

Fees and Financial Aid

1st year fee 21,00,000 2nd year 16,81,000 3rd year 16,81,000 4th year 16,81,000 And another 8,31,000 for 6 months as the duration of the course is 4.5 years For internship The amount to be pain was 2,50,000 which included hostel and mess fee. There is not a significant decrease in the fee structure for the other batches. Almost same amount has to be paid by the other batches. There is no scope for scholarships in the college and no extra added benefits are provided to the students.

Campus Life

3

An annual fest is organised by our college students and faculty members that goes by the name of MIRAGE. Apart from that sports fests and games are being held at regular intervals of time. College has a central library perfect place to study and gain knowledge, easily accessible and staff is really cooperative. Over-all extra curricular activities are good and students have the opportunity to explore their hobbies

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel rooms are provided with two beds, two almirahs, two chairs, two tables, two materess. As it is a double occupancy room There is a common washroom for every floor And a central mess for each hostel. The quality of food is average, sometimes it is good otherwise mostly it's bad only. It is compulsory to live in the hostels and you're not allowed to live outside if you want to you'll have to pay the fee in whole.

Admission

I applied to SRMS and Rohilkhand and I got admission in rohilkhand medical college As I was short by 4 marks to secure a seat in srms, Bareilly. Over-all this college is good as compared to other colleges in the State, The faculty, the education and the location of the college holds an important factor. Admission process is not very hectic You've to pass your 12th exams And then clear neet ug. That's it After that appear for the up state councelling. Upon selection you'll have to come to the college for documentation and complete all the formalities of the admission

Faculty

3

The faculty members have been very helpful throughout the course duration Special thanks and focus to the Anatomy department, ObGyn department and Surgery department for their year long hardwork and enthusiasm to make sure students learn a lot. The department of medicine had a little less to offer But overall experience was good. Teachers are helpful and respectful except for a few. The exam pattern is very straight forward We have terminals and pre University and then University exams. If you read properly you'll clear exams easily otherwise you won't, as simple as that. Every year almost 10-15 students out of 150 fail.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mbbs is very well reputed course. It makes you a well equipped indian medical graduate helping you aquire required medical skills to work in society as clinician. It really takes into account all the challeneges that one has to face in society as a clinician. The university exams are held on a yearly basis which include both theory and practical exams. The exams are good to pass if one studies daily. The syllabus is vast but with the help of seniors you can easily ace it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Current MBBS curriculum is purely clinical based and hence clinical postings are crucial. It is mandatory to attend them and strict actions are taken if you fail to do so. This curriculum prepares you for your NEETpg or NExT. Exams held are semester 1,2 and pre professionals and then professional. Timing 3 hours and difficulty level is okay. Mostly questions come from important topics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is one of the most respected courses in India so it was always a dream to become a doctor. Faculty is abundant in every department and there are 100 students in every batch with 8-10 faculty members in every department. The faculty in each department is at different position and post on the basis of their qualification and experience. There is one head of department in each department who is the most senior in terms of experience and their year of MBBS batch. Under HOD are two professors and under them two assistant professors. There are 3-4 junior residents in each department. The teaching method varies from professor to professor and some teachers are efficient in terms of their teaching way and helping students understand difficult topics. The course is extremely difficult with lots of stress due to never completing syllabus and diffucult testing exams. The exams are held regularly each month as every topic is completed. Passing in these exams is a bit difficult.
