Course Curriculum Overview
Course is very tight knit and great aspect to teach all the subjects throughout 4 years plus the benefits of learning clinical aspects in hospital and 1 year paid internship. Clinical teaching prepare us for real world.some unnecessary content from syllabus should be removed. Exams are moderate but big syllabus is there due to yearly exams
Internships Opportunities
Yes internship is there every year there is summer internship for intrested ones and 1 year paid internship after 4 years course which is 6 month ayurved clinical and 3 month civil hospital and 3 month phc service with stipend of 18k per month
Fees and Financial Aid
My college is government ayurvedic College Dharashiv that's why we can enroll via cet cell selection. The yearly fee is 11000 for category and reservation but for general it is 35k. Around 1500 for security. Scholarships are there for students it varies from student to student but around 5k is given some gets around 10k
Campus Life
There are no such clubs here but annual celebration is done for 10 days which includes sports and cultural activities mostly in March and ganpati celebration is done. There are wide range of books in library. E class is also there for students.student body is there in college
Hostel Facilities
Yes there is hostel which are good it is 3 per sharing with bed cupboard and study table. Food is from outside mess. Hostel can be registered at time of admission and fees is really affordable. Although pgs are also nearby
Admission
I applied to government colleges only due to good marks in neet I got this college which was 4th on my list the other were r a podar ayurvedic College Mumbai gac nagpur and gac nanded which are far better due to city and patient inflow. Upto 1 lakh rank is selected in my college and admission can be done via central admission or cet cell
Faculty
Each department have around 3 to 4 professors including hods each subject is teached by 3 professors atleast . Faculty is supportive and well read they solve all our queries. According to new syllabus yearly exams are there with 2 internals with viva and monthly periodic exams which is MCQ based which gives students great knowledge for pg preparation
