It's a good college for all the medical students, the excellent facility is provided an outstanding infrastructure. labs and hostel are very good and the whole faculty of the college is very cooperative. This college provides students a great platform to develop their skills not only in studying in other activities like dancing, singing, acting. As compared to other colleges I found this college best in every field.

College provides placement and job opportunities. There is a good placement for BAMS and all nursing courses, and college provides internship in both government and private hospitals here we found very good opportunities after graduation.

All the events are celebrated in the Doon Institute of medical and sciences like annual function, freshers, teachers day, farewell, on a big level. We also celebrate Holi, Diwali, nurses day, Christmas day oath day, blood donation camp and we also celebrate fraternity week per year Most of the students take part in sports and cultural activities as well. College also celebrates its foundation day and on that day alumni also visit the college.
