I had interest in computer and tech that why I choose BCA In our college teachers need to focus more on practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge Our semester have three exams two of them sessional exams and the other is semester exam

Campus Life

My overall experience with this colleges not good at all There are no fest held in my college in the name of fest there are only farewell and fresher parties All books related to the course are available in college library There are cricket football and volleyball competition in the college once in a year Our college don't have any group clubhouse student union

Admission

I got into this college just by chance I applied for polytechnic college in uttarakhand and got selected too but my parents didn't allow me to go there Admission process is very simple for BCA you need only 50% in your 12th board examination

Faculty

Our faculty ratio is around 1:10. Our teachers are not cooperative at all. They dont attend class dont provide us exams related information Dental and biochemistry have some good facilities they are the only one who having proper discipline Pharmacy, BCA, BSC, BTech these faculty are worst In BCA there are around 6 exams per semester

Balanced academic experience at KR Mangalam university

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the curriculum about 4 on 5 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness . The curriculum covers important subject such as program languages , database management system , DSA and many more . It provides good foundation for higher studies like mca but more advanced industry level tools , internships and live projects could further improve practical exposure.

Truth about KR Mangalam university

Placement Experience:

I think 5th or 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements. as per its website google, apple, Xebia, IBM , Deloitte , Wipro, TCS , Cognizant , Decathlon, Quantela, Genpact like companies visited and 92 % of students getting placements and highest package of 56.6 LPA and average package is 7.25 LPA and profiles offered data analyst , mangement , software engineer etc. i plan get a job as data analyst and presuit further study.

A great place for learning

Placement Experience:

from 5th semester onward students become eligible for campus placement . companies like wipro, delloite, TCS visits every year and hire many interns . Recent highest pakage was 56 lakh per annum which is good for intern.

They not trained students about real world subject they only study material that was old . They don't updated their syllabus.. The timing of exam was 3 hrs. Which includes 5 units and their difficulties level was moderate
