Sports and culturals are encouraged and done in very grand manner
It is deemed college so we get a very good placement

Here we have huge lab facilities so there is no problem in doing our practicals We can do our own projects during our final year And we have all the facilities to do the project And the staffs are very kind and talented to teach us

We last time went to a internship ina government internship corporation That is NSIC and that was a good experience And we learned and gained more about the real time experiences in company around us

My yearly fees is 52500 Actual fees structure is 165000 for lateral entry I got placed on councelling so my councelling fees is 80000 And I am the first graduate in my family so I got 27500 as a scholarship

Campus Life

Here have very big opportunity to build our technical and social knowledge about culturals ,events and celebrations We have a library or each and every block according to their cources And there is a big support to sports and extracurricular activities And we have NCC,SCOUT like discipline activities

Admission

I've applied on crescent , RRase engineering college,tagore engineering college and SRM valliammai engineering college This have a great placement and studying facilities I didn't get rejected from other colleges but I just got placed in my first applied college

Faculty

Here we good teaching staffs and very neat faculty There are equal ratio in boys and girls students Since it's a deemed college the question and correction will be done inside the campus Here we a very clean and safe environment

Interview Experience

There was general interview between me and admission officer about my past studies and diploma course Jst take all the certificate like TC ,AAdhar ,Mark sheets , photograph etc There is nothing to worry about preparations if you are legit

Placement Experience:

top tech companies will come to our campus for replacement some of them are Amazon, JP Morgan, TCS, cognizant according to our skill level, they will choose before applying for any company. And the average placement they offer is 7-10 LPA. You should pass some exams in our college, which is held by our placement cell, so those are pretty much annoying nearly 10 exams they will put just for applying for each company.

Good college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculums are good (it depends on depts) and they are updated and new electives/ cbcs are added thus updating curriculum and there are subject with heavy lab which don't have end sem instead lab and only internal which is not what other colleges have. they also have open book test for subjcts like programming languge so students can focus on learning the language instaed of memorizing. however as we are batch of a new regulation we are not aware of kind of questions that would come. however forthcoming batches won't be having this issue. unlike other collges only 2 internal exams and 1 semester is conducted. both the internal is given equal weightage ( having unit 1&2 and 3&4 for each exams) and retest is also conducted for internal however even if one exam not written they need to write all 4 unit incase of health issues etc. 50% internal and 50% external. so if having good internal can easlity score well in total. However if one fails to secure internal then passing the subject becomes very hard. Core subjects however prepares well for real-world. however i feel curriculums should be slightly revised so that students learn everyhting systematically instead of memorizing. Good internships

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester, if you have required skill sets you can go for internships and placements. There are more than 600 companies that include Tata, Mahindra, Google, Deloitte and many more. Highest package was of 1.2 crores and average package is 8 -9 lakhs. I don't have the exact statistical data but yaa more than 70% students get placed. I am looking for a high pay job after getting the degree

Placement Experience:

They start conducting interviews after completing the 6th semester. At least 6 companies come for the campus placement like tech Mahendra, TCS, and manufacturing companies like sakthi auto-complete, tata motors, etc. They placed a minimum of 150000 per aum. The percentage of students getting placements is 30%. Get a job in a reputed company.

My College Tour

I applied to Chennai Institute of technology where the fee structure was enormously high. Ehere as the SRM valliammai has good infrastructure and also the fee was reasonable. No, i didn't get rejection from Chennai Institute of technology. But i got impressed when i went for visiting SRM valliammai as one of my college hunt. SRM valliammai offers both government quota and also admission directly to the college. I went through government quota. So to apply SRM on should be completed 12th grade with reasonable percentage. From fresher's day to Final year: A glimpse into SRM VEC

I got into Panimalar Engineering College via Counselling process, but decided not to go as the college was very strict and Underexposed.
