Facts about government polytechnic latehar

I have experience of completing my mechanical course from government polytechnic latehar as I'm performing well in hitachi astemo a japanese company. I think its a good college in choice in Jharkhand from where you can pursue your diploma degree

College provides 1 month vocational training at 3 places one place every year in first year too room ranchi and water treatment plant dhanbad in 2nd year abd usha martin Ranchi in third year apprenticeship fees is 1500 per student

Placement is neither so good and nor so bad in this college 2-3 companies visit for placement drive every year like yazaki, hitachi, supreme group, l&t mostly japanese company with a package of2.5L to 4L per annum

2850 for general category 1600 for obc category 450 for sc and st 200 for physical disabled There is different fee structure for everyone according to their category. As this college comes under the Jharkhand university of technology which is a government institution thats why its fee is very less as you have to pay hostel fee and tution fee every year and examination fee every semester

My campus life was so memorable as i got so many good friends there and college sports club and we celebrated every festival there like saraswti puja holi ganesh puja and many more functions like childrens day teachers day

Hostel is so good according to hygiene but there is electricity problem and sometimes water problems too mostly during summer days otherwise all facilities are good and food of hostel mess is good for human consumption there is not any problem with the food.

There are many government colleges in Jharkhand which are better than my college like government polytechnic dhanbad , government polytechnic ranchi and government polytechnic adityapur but i got this college according to my rank in JCECEB entrance exam. I applied for polytechnic college after my 10th board and i got admission in gp latehar

Hod of mechanical department is md ashfaque noor and dr vishal sharma for communication skills abhay kumar for cse anjali sharma for electrical department and anil saxena for civil department. Our college provides facilities for four courses mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering and computer science as there are very good teachers for every course they provide best guidance. Snap test are taken twice in every sem it is also called internal examination which is taken before external examination. Viva, pracal test and assignment are compulsory before every snap test.
