KMIT is GOOD ENOUGH!

The teaching and focus on coding and soft skills, is a lot more than other colleges, and also has good placements almost comparable to IIITs, talented students get what they deserve and a little dull students are honed and sharpened.

From third year 1st semester students become eligible for placements Many companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte have come and highest offer of 50 lakhs pa was offered last year, almost 80-90% of the students get placed and majority of the students get into 10-15 lakhs pa packages I plan on doing the job I get for a few years then moving to some foreign country

For MERIT students (i.e below 10k rank in eamcet) "Free seat" is alloted which is supposedly completely free, but we still have to pay 8000 per year. Other fee reimbursement is about 35k per year, Only for ews,obc or sc, Management seats are about 1.5 lakhs per year and donation is about 16 lakhs, everything is good about the college except for not having good enough ground and, proper events, education wise 10/10

This, is a little disappointing, there are three major events in the college, but compared to other colleges they're a little underwhelming, the clubs and groups are impressive though, sports and other activities are given importance to, but still not comparable to other colleges

I've got this college through eamcet, so I didn't get rejected from any college, I choose KMIT because of the placements and the reputation of the college, I would have loved to join VNR VJIT but I needed a better rank for that

Our classes will start in a few days, but overall atleast for the first years, the faculty are Decent, not the best but okay. Faculty help us out a lot but at the end of the day, self-assessment and self-study get us going, on exams. there's an exam almost once a month
