Our college is not 100% perfect and we do face issues but it's the attitude of our management that matters the most - and they are ALWAYS POSITIVE ABOUT SOLVING EVERY PROBLEM WE FACE. I'm so proud of my college and the management and I know one-day Saffrony will be at the top in INDIA!!!

The course is as per GTU but the college Academic system is very efficient. We have two internal exams which are of the university exam level hence we can learn how to manage time in every exam twice before final exams. We have to make PROJECTS from 1st year itself and in the final year we make very technical projects and hence research is encouraged! We also have INDUSTRIAL VISIT, EXPERT SESSIONS and hands-on WORKSHOP by professionals and internship provided by companies tied from Saffrony hence we get are properly trained for professional life. They also encourage us to take part in NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL LEVEL ENGINEERING COMPETITIONS in which we always get ranking in top 10 teams and all expense for car making, robot making, aeroplane making for the competition is paid by college!

We have a COMPULSORY INTERNSHIP after 3rd year and before the final year. We are set to good companies for this all arranged by the college. Our TRAINING for PLACEMENT starts in the 2ND YEAR itself- when we are trained for CV writing, Group Discussion, Personal Interview along with career counseling for masters/job. Hence during interview, we are very confident and not afraid. in 2018 we had 100% PLACEMENT- all the seniors who wanted jobs got them in CORE COMPANIES!!!

Our college celebrates culture and sports with great pomp and flavor! FUSION is the name of our CULTURAL FESTIVAL in which one can opt for one of the following: drama, solo or group singing, solo or group dancing, instrument playing, etc. We have a theme based fusion and everyone comes up with an excellent theme of patriotism, bright future, child labor, and many more. UDAAN is the name of our SPORTS FESTIVAL in which we have 15+ indoor and outdoor games and the event is held for 2 days. These days we enjoy the most! The best part is in every college function, anchoring or management, and coordination is done by students with faculty members in support and they give us a platform to learn a lot!

They take a one time deposit of Rs. 7300 out of which Rs. 6000 is safety deposit so refundable. Rs. 1000 is alumni fees that mean our college will stay in touch after we pass out and will help us in finding a job in the future as well! Then the semester fees are Rs. 37,000. Hostel fees are Rs. 21,000 per semester (so only Rs. 110 per day with breakfast, lunch and dinner!). Bus fees are also very less: Rs. 4000 or Rs. 6000 per semester depending on the distance.

I was given a scholarship by Saffrony Institute itself. We have 3 slabs of scholarship - 100%, 50% and 25% depending on the ranking in 12th Standard. And the best part is that this is a scholarship and not a discount like other colleges give so they have criteria for attendance and our marks so we remain scholar students throughout and work hard to not let parents pay fees. College also takes extra care of scholarship students so we don't miss the scholarship in any semester by not scoring good marks.

Campus life: We have a clean, green and vast campus with so much flora and fauna that it rejuvenates us every day! Gender ratio: there are less girls in Civil, Mechanical, Auto but more in CS/IT/Electrical & EC so it balances. Diversity: There are students from all walks of life and many cities in Gujarat like Surat, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Vapi and also from outstate like Jammu, Chhattisgarh, Jalandhar, Mumbai, etc.

Hostel fees are Rs. 21,000 per semester (so only Rs. 110 per day with breakfast, lunch and dinner!). We are 3 students in a room where every student gets his/her own bed, study table, and cupboard! Food is served hot and is healthy. We also have sweet treats every 15 days like mango shake, Rasmalai, Gulab jamun and that too unlimited!

Yes, our Alumni are very helpful. They come to college and also keep in touch with us to teach and train us for NATIONAL LEVEL COMPETITIONS. Few Alumni working in companies come to college to give us an opportunity for INTERNSHIP and even JOBS in their companies. This is a very great gesture!

I took admission at Saffrony Institute in the year 2016 through the online ACPC Admission Process. The Faculty Members were a great help during the entire time. They not only gave me the information about the syllabus of all branches but also about the future of every branch and also helped me in the online process.

The Faculty Members all have a MASTERS DEGREE QUALIFICATION! Their pedagogy is excellent - we have activity based and practical based learning. They also use smart boards, presentations, videos, etc & involve us and hence we enjoy a lot. We also have COUNSELLORS who are our caption/friend/mentor who take special care! They help us solve personal problems too and I have seen professors solve family problems for my friends too.
