Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

So i choose B.com in logistics and supply chain management where i went to the college to ask about the course and the teachers gave some suggestions about every course with our percentages and i went through this but i asked for BBA but they didn't provide as there are seat filled. For now I'm happy with the course im studying still now .

Fees and Financial Aid

So I've take Bachelor of commerce in logistics and supply chain management at Jyoti Nivas Autonomous College where the fee structure for the 1st year was 85,000 and then for the 2nd year it was in the same amount where they didn't reduce it. And it was very bad for the students who carried huge amout to pay like the PG students they have to do by there own and they didn't have online payments and no instalments where given. So it was really hard for the students and the course what I've take is good and great it may be bright future.

Campus Life

4.5

So we have fest called scintillation its held yearly once and its our college big fest and we celebrate other festival like Christmas, Diwali, Onam And others festivals and in sports there is audition for everything where most of the students can't join in anything and feeling bad . And even in sports too they have to select like in 50 members only 10 will be selected:( in that way many students lose there interest in everything.

Admission

So i applied in mcc , sju , jain and jyoti nivas in mcc i applied for TATA group course where i didn't have interest to go i got selected too and then i told my parents that i didn't want to do that course and then in sju i applied for B.com Integrated i got selected but my parents didn't want me to go for that college. And in jain i didn't get any response so finally i came to JNC and the provided me this course called B.com in logistics and supply chain management and the eligibility for this course is your percentage should be above 50% in 10th and 12th.

Faculty

3

• The faculty to students relationship is kinda okay but some teachers are really very worst and bad in teaching were they show students attitude and scold us for no reason and showing off. • I like our principal not the faculty because no teachers have had talked or interrupted with students so we don't have favorite teacher but we love our sister Louisa principal she's such a sweetheart •I don't really wanna mention them and she's there in commerce dept . •so we have in each semester 2 CIA and mid exam and they give us assignment for each CIA and after the each chapters so it very difficult to do . And there are many students who have failed and to clear .

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Our college has a dedicated placement department that really guides and supports us through the whole process. Big companies like Deloitte and KPMG visit the campus every year, and since I’m doing B.Com + ACCA, there are plenty of great opportunities in finance and accounting. Last year, around 8 students from the B.Com batch got placed in finance roles. The average package was about ?6 LPA. The best part is that placements keep getting better every year, and the college has maintained a 100% placement record. They’ve even tied up with foreign companies, which opens up more global opportunities for us. After completing my degree, I plan to build a strong career in finance—hopefully starting with a reputed company like Deloitte or KPMG—and later explore opportunities abroad.

As i love accounting , i made a choice to choose this course which is easy and has good ammount of value too. The curriculam preapers the students in devloping their problem solving skills , and explore the society. The college needs to have a more devolped library for students convinece.
