- Placements are very good in terms of package and they provide placement training which is very effective
- There are many clubs where u can improve your communication, coding, debating , photography and wide range of talents . They provide many internship even in first year
- Culturals are very refreshing for the students which are organised by the students
Dislikes
- Food is average and they provide only vegetarian (includes egg)
- There are some people knows as students care who are very strict and they roam in the college and catch students for breaking rules . It's good but for sometimes they wantedly target us
- Overall college is friendly but some staff makes new rules like have a formal haircut , shave your beard and don't talk to girls . But it's only few
Course Curriculum Overview
Aa it is an autonomous college curriculum is very good We don't follow theory pattern everything is practical and books are replaced by ebooks 5 chapters for a subject It has to improve in notes ( like proper reference)

Admission
I applied for ssn engineering college but I didn't get the course I wished so I prefer some good college in Chennai which is next to it I have got selected in many colleges like VIT , SRM UNIVERSITY, SVCE, but I choosed REC over them There are two ways to get set in REC 1. Councelling quota 2. Management quota
Faculty
In one class there are 64 students and We have separate teachers for lab and theory hours Some faculties are very friendly We students don't like students care There are three internal exams (cat 1,cat2,cat3) Cat1,cat2 theory exams Cat3 MCQ exam For subjects like Java,c, python we have to do it in computer not by written exam similar to leetcode problems Question paper is generated by AI which is difficult at times but we can adjust to it in a short span
