Course Curriculum Overview
In my opinion as an electronics and instrumentation student the devices and apparatus needed for the basic purpose according to the syllabus are available. And they always begins with basics soits easy for us to understand.
Internships Opportunities
According to the college provided internship there is no stipend provided by any company. Projects are given during the class hours and there's no proper guidance by the teachers and after the project is completed we have to present it before the lectures.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees For Gen/OBC/EWS = 22,200/- For SC/ST = 2,200/- Hostel addmission fees= 8,500/- Mess advance fees= 16,500/- Scholarship we can apply for = NSP Fees is paid semester wise i.e = mentioned as above accordingly.
Campus Life
The program tech-fest is organised were we students participate and it's technically inter-college function. And the culture-fest (Xiworong) is organised. The expansion of building is currently in progress.
Admission
First of all we applied for entrance exam(PAT). Then we applied for the college on the webpage present with the PAT formals. I was alloted to Hailakandi engineering college but I rejected due to is way far away for my hometown. So, that's how I got admission in Assam Energy Institute Sibsagar.
Faculty
The faculty members are approachable. My department faculties are very good in teaching and and are approachable. In my opinion I can say I dislike but the system with backlog students they suffer a lot. I we two exams organised within the semester i.e mid-semester and final- semester exam
