Dislikes

Not much of well-maintained infrastructure
College faculties not much focus no students' minor requirements like slow Wi-Fi speed, poor hygiene food, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm always facinated towards Computer engineering as there are so many new and old things to explore, so much to discuss and a never ending opportunity in job markets. Even in uem, as a end semester project , each team of 3-4 members have to work on a real-world project.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure for btech per sementer is 45000 as education fees and 40000 as hostel fees. Scholarships are based on ranking in each semester or in any competative exams. If a person continousely rank under 5 each semester the he/she is eligible for scholarship.

Campus Life

This university have great impact on my club involment acitivities as there are clubs for each field, talk about ecell, speaking society, gamming club, etc. Library is open 24X7 and all facilities are availabe as described during admission.

Admission

There is another college named "JECRC" in jaipur, I had 2 options to choose from but after getting a tour of both universities I found UEMJ as to be better suitable university for me because of clean and green environment and i also commute with few of faculties and they seems really supportive that canges my mide about switching college to JECRC.

Faculty

faculty to student ratio at uemj is about 15:1. Even each student allocate mentor with whome he/she can discuss all the problems. The faculty is like most is named "Pravesh Sir" bcoz he is the one always ready to listen to students and when even you feel low he is the best motivational speaker around. Each semester have two mid-term exams and 1 final/semester exam.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario at my college is decent and improving over time. Students usually become eligible for campus placement from 6th or 7th semester . Several companies for different sectors visit the college for recruitment mainly from IT, service and some core sectors . The roles offered are mostly for entry level positions . The average packages offered is around 5-7LPA while the highest can go up to around 8-10LPa depending on company and student performance. Approximately 70-80% students got placement through campus drives.

FRom the 5th semester itself the student becomes eligible for securing internsips and they bring various companies too the colege too for the same and i am doing my 2 months internshipi at 8 bit solutions Jaipur too which i got at the internship fair at our college. and it is going really well i have learnt so much and also how to apply it in real eorld. approx 20 companies visited our college this time and various of my fellowmates also got internships in different companies, although there are only small companies but what i think is i will try for off campus placemnets more after this.

From 3rd semester onward your placement is going to start in college. The percentages pf student getting placement is approx 75% .As i am in 2nd year so i am not able to getting knowledge regarding highest packages .

Actual reality of JECRC college from a recently graduated.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are up to the mark. Students become eligible for placements from 6th semesters onwards. Even with recession going on during my time, the placement cell somehow managed to get good recruiters in the college and get a lot of students good offers. More than 160 companies visited to give more than 2000 offers. Highest package was from my class only which was 52 LPA and average was 6.8 LPA. Microsoft offered the highest placement and the profile was software developer. Almost 75 percent students got placed. I have completed my degree and I'm not starting my own thing. Not pursuing this sector anymore.

Amity University Rajasthan is a good option for to start your college life and gain exposure.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my university was very good. Even during the tough times of covid and recession, it holds a reputable placement record. The highest placement for 2023 for my course was 47.5 lakhs per annum and for 2024 was 50 lakhs per annum, while the average placement stands at 4.5 lakhs per annum. In 2023 , the university had an excellent placement record if 100%. During the tough times of 2024, the university had a placement rate of 62%.

I have not applied to any other colleges. UEM is the first college where i had applied for the first and last time. I chose this college as it is the closest from my home where i did not have to live in hostel. Secondly it has decent placements. Lastly i saw many positive reviews about the college that it is one of the best private colleges in the eastern region of india.
