Likes
- small and pretty campus. had small coffe stalls.
- NCC being part of the curriculum but since it was a private collge we had to pay for stuff ourselves.
- events like 15 august and concerts were really fun. my core memory.
Dislikes
- the food of canteen was very affordable but sometimes the taste kept changing and chinese felt unhealthy
- classmates were pretty boring. going to home straigt from lecture. seriously?
- attendence was pretty strict at my time but the renewed policy is much better. so no worries.
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculus got updated after my batch but in my time i felt all the subjects are pretty useful for me while joining corporate only made my skillset better. i did feel more subjects could have been added and course could have been of 4 years instead of three. as universities abroad asks for 4 years bachelor's completion for masters.
Internships Opportunities
some were remote some were unpaid. more opportunities for BTECH for internship and stuff. 15k maximum stipend but the oppotunities were handful. i found mine on my own. companies like brainybeams, and nielsonIQ took intrest in NUV candidates.
Placement Experience
in my course the placement process startes as in 5th semester itself as the sixth sem is internship semester. the highest package was 4lpa in my batch and harldy 5 students got placed out of 22. opportunities were pretty less.
Fees and Financial Aid
50k was fees per semester with 10k deposit in the first semester. i dont remember if the college had an application fee but mostly not.I saw an increase in fees of my juniors for the same course. scholarship is available but i didnt applied for any.
Campus Life
ohhh my favourite part. NCC was the word i would sum up with. hosted an event. participated in competition like rifle shooting, debate, being part of 15 august and 26 jan parade and making friends in and out of city. wholesome.
Admission
admission process was pretty smooth and the interview was very simple i could say, tehy just wanted to know your intrests and goals. application dates are mostly updated on instagram page of navrachana university. no need for improvements in the application process at right now.
Faculty
at Navrachana university faculty to student ration plays a crutial role in enhancing the learning experience. in this area we are pretty luckier than other colleges as out teachers be present at all times.
Interview Experience
interview was taken by our HOD and one other faculty and pretty basic questions were asked like about statistics and maths. and some gk. admission is pretty simple overall. i was asked who was the CEO of X X companies as the faculty was of BBA most probably.
