I liked the hostel food and the hostel environment

Course Curriculum Overview

The college follows the anna university curriculum and Its the worst curriculum ever no practical knowledge to the students even after completing Electronics and communication engineering we all are working in IT

From the 7th semester students became eligible for campus placements Cognizant and capgemini has made more offers in my college The avg pakage is 3.5 lpa and the highest is 10lpa 98 percentage of students get placed Go abroad for higher studies

No annual and technical festival have been celebrated in vel tech multi tech college A wode range of enormous books were available in the library Only fans and light were available No extracurricular activities have been promoted in that college No

Hostel Facilities

Fans lights and cuboard were available in the hostel rooms Meal quality is good and they provide chicken everyday except Saturday Registeration is done through admission and its not pretty much affordable

Admission

I got a good cutoff but i didnt get admission through councelling due to reservations so I tried the management quota the examinations have been conducted once in a 2 weeks and its pretty tough no improvement needed to be done in the admissions

Faculty

The faculties are good and they taught very well The faculties have been played a significant role in the studies and research they encourage the students to study and participate in the intercollege programs

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

I took the entrance exam for the eligibility criteria and I got selected based on my entrance exam. The college faculty approached us for admission. There is no reservation based on the cast .
