Likes
- Here the teaching style is very friendly and also qualitive. More opportunities are provided by the staffs and the management by giving us chances to prove ourselves in academics as well as sports. Lab facilities are okay.
- Here the library is also very much good and useful to all the students. There is also an e-library which are having the systems to explore our knowledge through internet. Wifi connection is provided at free of cost. The staffs are very approachable.
- The most important feature here is the placement training. Even though if the students didn't learn anything, they start from the scratch and they teach us the way we understand and make us realise that we can also get placed.They provide opportunity
Dislikes
- Even though the lab facilities are fine. We don't get enough knowledge from the lab practices which will be the main reason to practice the realtime projects
- We don't get enough sports hour to have the Better practice at the weekdays
- Conducting tests before the syllabus gets over. Yes It's for the practice purpose I agree. But it is quite tough to handle
Course Curriculum Overview
I was influenced by my senior who was the alumni here. She was very intelligent and knowledgeable which was possible by all the curriculum she learnt here. She's just incredible and that was all by the college and so I chose to study here. Staff used to give us assignments and also train us with the mini projects to prepare us for the real-time applications.
Placement Experience
Training and placement cell trains our students from the 2nd semester but we are eligible for the placements from 6th semester. Companies like Zoho, TCS, Infosys, Tessolve, Soti, CEI, Hexaware, emphasis, Wipro, sasken and etc have cam for the campus drive and 80% of our students have got selected. Even the placements cell provides opportunities for the alumini even after 2 years .
Fees and Financial Aid
I pay the fees annually. The fees is about 85000 which includes my tuition fees and also the hostel fees. Inbetween I have to pay my exam fees which may differ according to the subject counts. They also provide the scholarship like first graduate by the government which costs 25000. Infrastructure is also very neat and clean . And the placements are very good here. Hostels and canteen is also affordable and also fine.
Campus Life
The events like symposium, hostel day , farewell, Graduation day, Holi, pongal and etc are being celebrated as per the season. There are celebrated as per the season and finally culturals is conducted at the end of the semester by calling the celebraties also.
Hostel Facilities
The room is provided with enough facilities. It contains fan , table and chair, a cot, cupboard, 3 bulbs, 2 switch board . 3 person per room . And now they're arranging for AC and also attached bathroom. Girls may get their napkins whenever they need. First aid kits also available
Admission
Eligibility is nothing but the engineering cut off which I had was 176. Reservation benefits are also available for particular fields. There are several exams conducted here like 3 Continuous assessment test & 2 Model exams and finally the university exams. Faculty
The faculties are very kind and approachable. We get to ask doubts to them frequently even after the college time or on holidays. They'll surely reply to us. Their approach of teaching is very clear and simple . They also interact with us frequently We can approach them whenever we get a doubts. They're very calm and knowledgeable.
