I selected this course as my parents wanted me to go for it also it is somewhat interesting. There are many new procedures. Which makes it interesting to learn. There are various new equipment on which we get hands-on practice.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are available there in the main campus hospital itself we can further go for externships. Stipends are given to the top students of the batch and also in externships stipends are provided. The internship is the best way to fully grasp the knowledge.

Placement Experience

There are placements provided by the college. But for some departments, there are no placements The college provides internships and externships to the students. After the internship, they provide the details to go for the placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee of the course is 80k from the previous batch but as the new batches come it increases by some %. Also, there are scholarships provided for the top. Students which helps them financially.

Campus Life

Overall campus Life is good. Everything is provided on the campus itself there are hospitals of various fields and the college patient flow is good which makes it for the students to practice in various departments on various patients. All books are available in the college library.

Admission

The admission process is simple it is on a merit basis. Or minimum 60% criteria. Also, the student must be neet approved for admission in the medical course. There are also addmission in the management quota.

Faculty

The faculty is quite good they do their best to provide for students and also make sure every person in the class is getting the well attention also they are. Very friendly with the students. They make us understand every topic with the zeel.

Placement Experience:

Placements depend on the companies willing to organise an interview with the students. 75% of the students landed a job for 50000 after internship. Only one company visited us this year. On an average the package would be starting from 35000. My plans after getting my degree are to get a job and upskill myself soon after.

Placement Experience:

From after a internship after the fourth year the students become eligible for the campus placement. Titan eye care lenskart are the companies visited. 10 students in 30 average gets the placement. My plans after getting the degree is to go abroad and explore more about my course and to take the More education in this field.

OT Experience in DY

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course helps patients who have difficulties both in physical and mental aspects. Hence i choose this course. Teaching can be more practical and visualized. And i expect the teachers to teach different disabilities on patients. The exams are conducted after every 3 months so there is sufficient time to catch up on studies. But since the topics are hard there is worry of forgetting by studying all the chapters at once.

A Perfect University for students who wants to learn

Placement Experience:

The students usually become eligible for campus placements after 4th year when their internship is over. Ziess, Baush and Lomb, and Lenskart are the companies that visits often in the college. They provide with workshops for students and also offer jobs. The highest packages are offered based on your performances. But the lowest package is really good. Also a lot of students get placement from this college.

HONEST TALK ABOUT DY PATIL

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, students can get jobs in the hospitals but if you are from the RIT department you can get a job in the 2nd year. The highest package in my course was 12 lakh per annum and the lowest is 3 lakh per anum. Almost 90% students get the placements which are why dy Patil is so good. I will pursue a masters degree after my bachelor's from the same college.
