Entrance Preview

Best for mechanical engineering...And that too in coimbatore when compared to other colleges...The alumni who studied here referred me to join here as it has high facilities and reknowned staffs...Thanks for their guidance as i am technically strong because of the college...

Course Curriculum Overview

Easy to assess...Very standard curriculum ..When we go for any interviews we can get apprrciation from panel members as we are technically strong by studying the curriculum made by anna university...But a major concern is that they wont update curriculum regularly...

Internships Opportunities

no..We students need to go for internships and inplant trainings..College will give permission...All faculties will encourage to go for internships...

Placement Experience

Very good...Many core companies regularly visit our campus for recruitment...Even now i am working in Multi National core company in chennai with good salary package...The training for placements are started in the college as early in the second year of course

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible...If we get selected through merit then you will be charged a base price set by the government...But if you are through a management quota then the amount varies...But that too is very less in the city when compared to every other colleges.

Yes i know but i didnt availed...A loan facility ia arranged by the college itself for needy peoples

Campus Life

Lab facilities are top notch quality...Sports is given a equal importance like curriculum...No ragging which is strictly followed...Lab technicians are highly qualified so that they explain deeply the process of the machines and accompanying with staff they do teach us for better understanding

Hostel Facilities

Poor..Hostel is the worse part of college..Food is good for only the first month of joining...Menus are the same for all days in the year...Outings and other facilities are good...Every year hostwl day ia conducted and varieties of food are served...

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Really helpful for conducting various events...Many contests and events are conducted by our alumni students

Exam Structure

Best in the city...They conduct daily cycle test and internal exams for every month and make us to value ourseleves...Because of the exam structure no students come with backlogs in the main semester exam...All sort of questions are asked in the exams

Faculty

excellent...The main reason for me to choose this college is because of the faculties here...Very knowledgeable and caring staffs...Experimental type solutions are given for maximum doubts...Many research scholars are our faculties their experience made me a strong candidate for interviews

How I See Sathyabama!

Placement Experience:

The placements is really good. They started our placement training in our 2nd year itself. for the next batches they are starting from first year. They give importance for placements. Many companies visit our college for internships and campus placements. The training is also done by good training institutes like CCC etc. Students are categorised according to their performance in the tests which has aptitude and coding rounds. I myself is a part of Super Dream Batch. There will be a lot of tests but they gradually prepare u for the placements. Highest package last year for arounf 50L per annum and this year its around 41L per annum.

A Detailed Reflective Review on My College Learning Life

Placement Experience:

from the 5th semester students become eligible for intern roles. and from 6th semester they are eligible for full time roles. the highest package is around 50 lpa and the avg is around 4.5-5 lpa i guess i paln to bet placements before the degree itself and would like to see me in a prod based company with a high package

- From semester 7 - There's alot of companies with Amazon being one of them - Highest is amazon with 42.1LPA - about 60 that apply to placements but mostly in low paying companies - Go work and then do higher studies later if I feel like it

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semetser onwards the students are eligible for campus placememnts.Major companies who offer placement are amazon,jpmorgon and oracle with higher packages above 15 to 20 laks.More than 2000 offers were received last year overall for the studenst and the highest package is around 42lpa and nealry 80% of the student get placed (only is theyve applied for the placement).My plan is to place in a company and do masters and working for 1 to 2 years

Good college for growth if you utilize it well

Placement Experience:

Placements here starts around end of 6th sem to 7th semester. the college ovverall maintains above 90% of placement rate. Many companies visit here like Amazon, JP Morgan, Wipro, TCS,Capgemini regularly. The highest package is around 40LPA.

Detailed review of Sathyabama University

Placement Experience:

top tech companies will come to our campus for replacement some of them are Amazon, JP Morgan, TCS, cognizant according to our skill level, they will choose before applying for any company. And the average placement they offer is 7-10 LPA. You should pass some exams in our college, which is held by our placement cell, so those are pretty much annoying nearly 10 exams they will put just for applying for each company.
