Course Curriculum Overview

TNTEU the affiliated university to our college prepares the course curriculum and the examination structure. other than the course curriculum a lot of co-curricular and extracurricular activities are organized by the management to see that students shine.

Placement Experience

Being a numero uno college in madurai.. all leading schools around Madurai recruit student teachers from here. 3 months mandatory internship has to undergone at govt. higher secondary schools

College Events

right from national events to a religious festival we celebrate art and literary inaugural association, intercollegiate cultural annual day and sports day to name a few. every now and then you have events both in the campus and outside the campus. we all participate events conducted at other colleges at Madurai

Fee Structure And Facilities

it come around 35 thousand a year which includes the tuition fees library fee and uniform etc. bus fee and examination fees have to be paid separately. No other fees or donations in any form are collected by the college management strictly. for poor students they provide scholarship

No, I didn't avail any loan or scholarship from the college while I studied there. but the college helps in obtaining the scholarship

Campus Life

the college is built over a 5-acre landscape it is exclusively for women. has volleyball court 2 shuttle court, 200 mts tract, all teaching method labs, digital language lab and computer lab all functioning. The college hosts numerous competitions and debates like events

Alumni/Alumna

yes, I am part of the alumni.. it actively functions.. we meet twice a year at school. our alumni are invited by the college for special occasions

Admission

It was a walk in interview. I came here I had enough marks and requisite qualification to have an admission here. Otherwise, no hassle if you have 55% marks in your degree major subjects. Any arts and science degree is eligible. Commerce students should have mastered.

Faculty

excellent assistant professors of them 3 have completed their doctorate. the teachers are very friendly are reachable anytime. they all have a passion for teaching and that too technology oriented teaching what the world needs today for grooming a student.

Likes

Environment of campus. Because it's very calm and greenary.
Faculties are good person and all of them are talented.

Dislikes

They should give some training for getting placements.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. Sri Jothi Higher Secondary School, Vethathri Maharishi Higher Secondary School, Sengunthar Higher Secondary School, etc. are the companies that visited and got placements at these schools. Nearly 50% of students get placements. Some students are going for higher studies. My plan is to get pass in tet and get a Job in a government school teacher

MY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to B.Ed because I have a major interest in teaching and I did it in Social Studies. The faculty in the college is amazing and supportive guiding students in every situation. Although I did distance learning I still managed to make bonds with my faculties and they helped me out whenever I needed them. There is a total of 45 students in one class. All of them are connected through WhatsApp groups mainly. Exams are held semester wise and each semester was for six months. Students were informed about the examinations through calls from the Professors. Exams were of moderate level and easier to gain good score.

Admission:

One should have passed 10+2 from any recognized board with 50% in commerce, science or arts. The selection is based on the entrance test organized by the college , the time, date and venue will we directed by the head of the department for the counselling and its is mandatory for all the students to attain the counselling .

Place for learn to teach

Remarks:

Positive- you will Learn what you left to learn from school, more than yoh develop knowledge. Personally What I have learnt, they push us put of comfort zone learn the new things. For example: overcome of inferior complexity, public speaking, etc. Negative- they may be strict, if you go against the institution.

Unforgetable scce life

Admission:

I get a suggestion by my friend, jeya Prakash sir first I filled the admission form. I came with my mother and uncle. I paid an initial admission amount. They inform the date of re-opening. And they suggest me about the hostel facility.
