Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I always had a keen interest in literature. This made me choose this curriculum in this college as it has its own standard and very efficient faculty. The curriculum focus in every aspects of the subject which is applicable in the real world and further academic pursuits. The improvements should be made in timing and completion of syllabus in which some teachers fail. Frequency of exams conducted is appropriate. The diffuculty level of these exams are moderate.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was around 25000-27000 for my department. This was the total cost including various charges. The charges depend on the technical and non- technical courses as well. There are various scholarships available for students like the e-kalyan, and other schilarships. Campus employment is basically given to hostelers.

Campus Life

3.5

The college organizes various departmental and cultural fests. They given great importance to sports. Almost all types of sports and games competitions are conducted in the college. The libraries have the accessibility of books and journals. But not all the academic books. The classrooms have digital/AV boards, often used by teachers. Extracurricular activities are offered at a good rate in the campus. Students have their own clubs in which they organize different events regularly.

Admission

For my course, selection was done on the merit basis. Any student who has completed his high school with 90+ marks in English was eligible for this course. The application form, fees, and dates, everything is appropriately available on the college's website. Yes, if you belong to ST/SC you are given reservation and relaxation in the cutoff. Exans are held regularly in a proper manner. The difficulty level of the exams conducted are moderate to high. Admission process involves both online mad offline process and sometimes takes couple of days. It should be resolved and made easy as students come from far places.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty-to-student ratio in the college is appropriate. The faculty are well experienced. But not all of them teach properly. Interaction with teachers is easy and can be done anytime after classes.

Interview Experience

2

No, it was just merit based selection process, as it was the time of Covid. The admission process was online and a physical verification. I was selected on the basis of marks obtained in my 12th grade.

I wanted to become a teacher so I chose this course . I will get graduated as well as get teacher training simultaneously. I will save 1 year in this integrated course. The curriculum is well prepared and gives us all the skills and knowledge required to become a good teacher. Exam happens every 6 months and difficulty is not too high . We can easily score good marks if we give 1-2 hours daily .
