Good and old faculties with a messed system

I will say faculties are good but the College management is more commercial and not friendly with students.

I choose this college by seeing its add and high ranking on many websites. For getting admission I attempted an entrance exam conducted for Maharashtra colleges (MAT) and also many students entered with other national level exams

We will get a paid prospectus every year(compulsory to buy). It contains details about all courses and it's elective subjects. The college is following Pune university curriculum strictly and also providing some extra seminars and classes of experienced faculties

The college has an active placement team they will help you to rach companies for placement and internship. Yearly at least two major job fair will take place for placement and internship. Stipends and other are vary depending on companies and market situation

The placement team has a major role to connect students with companies. Yearly two major and many minor job fair will take place on a college campus (public event). But some you feel that employer is looking for marketing students only. Finance and hr students also getting chance but all others wise get a good chance rarely.

The fee is increasing every year. At least 7% will increase annually and students have to pay any other fees for conducting events. And students had to buy prospectus every year. If students failed to pay it will affect on exam registration time. So everyone will pay. No one can't complain about anything. the system is like that.

The hostel is available for both boys and girls. Boys hostel far away from college but college have a personal bus for traveling (on time service). Girls hostel is 5 minutes far from college and No mess facilities available. And the hostel fee higher than average

The College is here for more than decades so many alumni are holding a higher post in various companies. It helping in placement and the intership.

Exam structure is systematic here. In a single sem two internal exams will happen ( syllabus covered or not it doesn't matter) and after university exam is two way. First one is a mini-objective type online exam and later written the exam. All sem exam will conduct every time. So back paper's don't worry

The admission process is very simple. I got a faculty cum guide for helping me for admission. So I always contracted with that person for admission process and came to college for once for fill up the form, signature and I paid through online. Admission continued for a month after course started(but they already appeared in entrance exam)

All faculties are very well in good teaching and most of them have industry experience and doctorate degree. We can access this from college website. But in my opinion, there is no of faculties are over aged and they facing some old age problems and it's effect on teaching some time
