Campus Life

3

The environment is awesome and you'll hardly find any noise there. We have good facilities and extra curriculum relaxes the overall busy schedule of college students.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are interactive to the juniors. They guide the juniors as per the college faculties also encourages them to do so. You'll get a chance to learn many things from them.

Some faculties are very well and highly qualified. They have proper research experience. They are specialized in different categories of design, just that the management is a messed up.

At St Aloysius University, students typically become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onward. Reputed companies like Infosys, wipro, TCS etc have visited the campus offering multiple roles in IT services, research and analytics. The highest package has been around 7-8 LPA while the average has been around 3-4 LPA depending on the company and the profile of the student. Around 60-70% of eligible students secure placement each year

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it around 8/10 for relevance and comprehensiveness. I chose this course because it offered solid foundational subjects that aligned with my interests. The curriculum prepares students well for higher studies and provides decent exposure to lab techniques. However, for real world readiness, it could be improved. Teaching methods are mostly theory-heavy and would benefit from interactive approaches. Exams are moderately difficult and conceptual clarity and regular revision helps in scoring well.

Students in their fifth and sixth semesters are eligible for the campus placement cell. Only 50 -60% of students get campus placement offers. I would get into post-grad courses like an MSc in physics.
