Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is with the standards of other B schools. The approach is more practical than theoretical, they try to give you corporate world exposure. Exams take place after every trimester so there are a total of 6 trimesters and a 2-month internship in between.
Internships Opportunities
Most of the internships were paid from stipends ranging from 5k to 40k. The companies that came were from different areas like Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Analytics. You can choose one Major and one Minor. For eg, I am in Finance with BA. Reliance: operations intern Times of India: Sales and marketing profile Oxxane partners: Finance intern Berkhedia: Finance intern
Placement Experience
From trimester 4 you are eligible for placement process. There were many top companies that came for seniors and will come for our batch like Deloitte, Black Rock, Oxxane, Tata motors, Reliance, Nykaa, Many banks too. Highest package was 19L pa Average package was 8.5L pa 100 percent of the batch gets placed . To work in big company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees increase every year, this year it is 11,25,000. I had to pay 10,25,000 which doesn't include the hostel fees because I didn't opt for but the hostel fee is 1,60,000. Including the mess and food. Scholarships are given above the 80 percentile in CMAT or CAT and are subject to your performance in college exams too. They help you in getting an internship as well as a job.
Campus Life
The overall campus life is something to look forward to. They keep students on their toes as there is always some or the other event, competition, and stuff going around. There are many clubs and committees led by the students and faculty mentors. The annual fest which is the Jaiutsav takes place in February every year with a footfall of more than 5000 participants. The library is a treasure to be discovered you'll find everything there.
Admission
You need to give entrance exams to clear the criteria and then it is followed by a personal interview and case study solving. Everything is mentioned on their website. The exam's difficulty level is moderate. 40 percent external and 60% internal. Fees are different for all 4 campuses. I am talking about the Indore campus only.
Faculty
Faculty members are highly educated most of them as Doctorates. They give personal attention and create a safe space for students to learn, rectify mistakes, and grow professionally as well as personally. There's no restriction as to when to talk to them anytime when they are available and free we can directly visit their cabins. The student-faculty ratio is also decent enough.
Interview Experience
A personal interview and a case study was solving. Was not that tough to crack more like a get-to-know-you interview your interests and so on. The admission process is solely based on your score in the entrance exams if you're above 70 the chances are good.
