Course Curriculum Overview
The course Bachelor of Business Administration gives you a good approach to the real world by providing exposure to great opportunities. Teaching methods are good enough though they can be improved by industrial visits which makes a better practical impact on education.
Internships Opportunities
The recent internships were provided to the 2nd year students where they worked for summer 2 months and with approx. stipend of 8000 pm. The students mostly come from the finance and marketing specialisation. Also, a company ACA Global provided internship opportunities to the undergrads.
Placement Experience
From the 6th sem which is the last sem of the course, students become eligible to apply for college placements. A different department named placement cell is available in the college who look after the placements and internships and notifies about it.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure in Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce is decent as compared to other institutes. Also, the facilities provided by the college such as the library breakup where one can get the books for study stuff also co-curricular without paying money or without purchasing books from outside.
Campus Life
One of the top 5 events TROIKA which takes place in the college every year in the month of January or February most probably. It includes 15+ activities that include photography, Apprentice, Entertainment block, Treasure hunt much more with live shows where performers come and gather the crowd.
Admission
At the admission process in 2023, there was an entrance test held on the campus itself. The test included questions to be solved within 25 minutes. After that the percentile was calculated and the list was out within 15 days. A total 5 lists were published depending upon the students with reservation and without reservation.
Faculty
Basically the student and faculty ratio impacts the learning as there are limited students in each stream BBA, BBA-IB hence the teaching quality gets improved by less/limited number of students. The approach towards the mentorship is up to the mark.
