Any graduate can apply for the course. The admission is given based on your marks on the entrance test and graduation score combined. There are only 48 seats every year and the cut-off ranges from 75% to 60% marks. The application is to be submitted online on the university website, the dates for which vary every year but the applications usually open around July. The examination fee (GEN) is 600 if applying for only one subject, ?800 for two and 1000 for three. You have to give separate entrance examinations for each subject. A decent amount of seats are reserved on the basis of caste, although I am not aware of the exact number. Overall my admission experience was great.
