I chose this particular course because of my interest in that subject. Organising more case studies, visits, conducting frequent test paper can help in my point of view. Regular tests, qui,es, assignments with meaningful assessment can help in balancing, tracking progress and also understanding the level of each student. That can also cause each and everyone student to understand where they need improvement and certain tests can also be conducted in a fun way which can make other students anticipate it more.

There are different types of scolarships available. One can achieve merit based scholarship, if they have achieved a very good score in their previous year of study. One can also achieve financial assistance if they are in need for that. So basically there are merit based, need based, departmental and diversity scholarships. Campus employment often includes roles such as assistants(teachers,library,research),lab technician. And moreover they wholly depend on the skills you show. Also one can achieve stipends on the number of hours they have worked or contributed.

Annual festivals include sports day, college day, arts day and performances, some of which happen in the start of the year(jan-feb-march). Technical festivals show cast technology, products and also new new innovations, which can be attended by students of other colleges too. A very good library is provided for students with wide and vast variety of books in them. Ranging from study materials to fictions. They are also provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere to read as they desire. And the sports room facilitates a range of interests from indoor to outdoor activities(chess,cricket,football etc) Extracurricular activities may include different clubs like dance, drama,singing,arts etc.

You have to have atleast the minimum pass mark for joining, and there are also entrance tests. The application form is present in the college website using which you can apply for the college in an online process. Important dates, nd fees for each course is also present in detail for each course, individually.

A lower ratio in the classroom can help as it can get students more attention than they want, which can help lead to deeper interactions. finding out what each student needs help with and also mentoring their needs might be helpful in the long run.
