My Life in MNR

The academic year lasts for 8-10 months and it gives enough time for the student to learn various subjects in dentistry. The third year posting lasts for 2 hours and 4th year posting lasts for 3 hours. Exams are conducted once every year and the failed students have to attend the exam after 6 months. 75% attendance is compulsory for eligibility for the final examination.

Internship is one year compulsory rotational internship which lasts for 12 months. Students of the entire academic batch is divided into 8 groups and posted in each department for 1 month . Based on the attendance stipend is paid to the students. Interns totally engage into the clinical practices and gets more experience for the perfect treatment.

The fee structure is divided based on three categories A cat, B cat and C cat The tution fee for a cat is 45000 The tution fee for b cat is 4-5 lakhs The tution fee for c cat is 6-7 lakhs College fee for all the categories is 48000 A-Category students are available for scholarships and they will get a tuition fee refund of 45000 During one year internship stipend of 20000 is provided per annum

In the month of November 2019 chrysalis fest was conducted. In the month of November 2022 Avensis fest was conducted In the month of February 2024 Ekatva fest was conducted In the year 2021 & 2020 fest was not conducted due to COVID -19 Annual fest constits of Traditional day, sports day, annual day, graduation day Library consists of all the required books with latest and earliest editions. It also consists of latest articles and journals of all the subjects. Classroom consists of smart board, Ac, speakers with mic connection.

Admission is done based on NEET examination.The students should qualify the NEET examination for admission into this college. All the Application details are provided in KNRUHS website. Reservation is provided under various categories given by govt like SC,ST,OC,OBC,EWS.s

Staff is having good experience and are holding masters degree with specialisation. The staff to student ratio per each department is 1:20. Each department consists of a Hod, Professor, reader, Associate professor and senior lecturer. Faculty will teach in lecture halls using powerpoint presentations using various pictures for increasing the clinical knowledge and also during the posting hours they demonstrate on the patient's.
