An overall review on Parala Maharaja Engineering College

Amoung all other branch civil engineering is a great discipline because unlike IT branches i can relate real example of civil engineering by observing surrounding. Thats why i choosed civil engineering. The academy provides a gateway to learn software like AutoCAD, Staadpro inside the academic block. In civil engineering syllabus there are various non tech subject present which directly effects the core subjects. So minimizing all these non tech subject will be very helful

Students are eligible for campus placement after attaining 7th semester. Companies like Bajaj Electrical, Royal infra construction ltd, Surya international etc were participated in the drive. Currently im preparing for GATE now

I got seat on TFW in which 12000 per annum is deducted from college fee so i deposited around 26000 after deduction for first joining year. And later the college fee decreases as you upgrade to semester. My entire academic fee in 3 year was roughly arround 55k to 60k as i got TFW benefits. Beside this there is all kind of scholarship available as per eligibility. I got 2 scholarship per annum worth 60k excluding TFW deduction amount. College placement are wrost i.e the company participated in camups placement offers salary of 15k to 22k (avg) with location like mumbai, west Bengal etc

Overall experience on this college is good Per year their is a techno cultural festival called Exuberance is conducted along with Saurya- a sports competition and branch fest of different department. There are various clubs run by students like Robotics( for robotic ), Team shadow( for photography), etc

I got admission after giving state level entrance exam i.e OJEE for lateral entry admission. The applicants can apply OJEE through their website. OJEE is like NTA which is responsible for conducting all UG entance exam of different discipline.

All faculty are from either IIT or NIT or state University. Basically there are two type faculty i.e permanent faculty and guest faculty. All faculties are goid in teaching except some. All the classes are interactive in nature with local language. Some faculties are strict about the subject they deal with and others are polite in nature. There are various lab assistant present in different laboratory for conducting lab experiment.
