Likes

The college is having A/C class rooms with students of 50 in class.
The college is providing the canteen where anyone can eat the food.
The college is providing transportation facilities to all the students coming in range of 30 kms.

Dislikes

The faculties are not trained properly, lack of knowledge in faculty.
The college is not giving proper marks to students,the students who are close to them are getting full marks.
The food of mess is like the dog avoid, the worst food I ever have tried.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college is providing BBA+ mba course with 5 year which is known as IMBA. The course is good but there are no experience faculty. There are only 2 faculty for finance. The finance is subject which I liked the most so I have choosed the mba with specialization of finance.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

The college is providing the placement facility in which out of 100 only 5 to 10 percent are getting placement. The highest package of college is 8 lakhs and lowest package is 1.5 lakhs. The students are eligible after 6 th semester after that they are eligible for campus placement. My plan after getting degree is to get the stable job by my own.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college is providing free education for the students of SC and ST, they only have to pay the exam fees. The hostel and college fees are free for the sc and st students. The college will charge the fees for the light bill in the hostel. Job responsibilities are very worst the teacher are picked by getting low salaries without any knowledge.

Campus Life

The college is having the function in which the function runs in 1 week 4 to 5 days there are sports day any other games are played and at last there is annual function where students are performing. And the awards are given to students who have participated. There is no social groups or any social activities done in the college. There is no facilities in classroom they have given A/C classroom but the A/C are not working.

Hostel Facilities

The college is providing the hostel facility the hostel is 1 km far from the college the hostel is also free for the SC and ST students. The process is not hard it is very easy by just filling the form of college than your hostel is also included in it.

Hostel Fee: INR 8000 per year

Admission

There is no entrance exam. Any one can take admission in this college who have passed the 12 th exam. Now the college is providing the online application in which you can fill the form of admission. The exam comes in every 3 month of course there are two exam one is internal and other is external.

My main reason for choosing this course was firstly the Simple BBA was not in that much demand due to the involvement pf technology in evry sector.due to this the course BBA ITM was best for the current times dur to the inclusion of technology and commerce and the curriculam was perfectly designed with the optimal mix of theory and practical applications of these knowledge by organizing events to back your theory and industrial exposure. The main area of improvement was recently covered by the collage by introducing more dynamic specialization like BI , digital marketing ,IT so thats all.the frequency and timing of exams are correct and the difficulty level of exams are close to 4 which can be high but its best

Placement Experience:

Campus placement varies between 4-8 LPA after graduation from GLS University. Almost 65% students gets the placement after getting degree which is still not bad for Tier 3 college. Campus placement also depends on Course you opted for and level of your skills. Companies like TCS, wipro, HCL, ICICI, Asian paints, and many more visited GLS University for campus Placement. Companies choose candidates from various Domains with certain rules and regulations followed by Universities guidelines. Candidate which has plan for MBA can also build strong foundation from choosing BBA course. But the overall packages still feels low as compared to living expense of today's world.

The course is not that what I expected to be I am more of the practical learning guy , but the faculties depending on their course are more of a lecture given type classes . The classes per subject are for an hour and the timings for the classes are accordingly given , their is two timings to attend the classes and their are two batch, morning batch and evening batch . The courses should be much of practical based and should be fun and interactive .
