Course Curriculum Overview

Now in MBBS course you start your clinical posting from initial years only . So now it is clinically oriented study along with theory classes. Also after completing 4.5 years of MBBS , 1 year internship is mandatory which will provide you more clinical exposure. Note - 2 year government service bond after MBBS is also applied .

Internships Opportunities

There is fixed 1 year internship in medical college Hospital which has to be completed after which only we get our MBBS registration done . This will be provided by college administration and authorities itself.

Placement Experience

There is nothing like campus placement in MBBS in comparison to Btech . You will do your 1 year internship after your MBBS 4.5 years which will be paid . After internship , 2 year service bond has to be done which is compulsory and you will be paid by government according to juniour Resident JR pay scale norms . Note - If you qualify NEET PG and get PG seat during bond period then you get free from completing MBBS bond.

Fees and Financial Aid

Academic fees 36000 yearly in first year From 2nd year fees is 27000 Hostel fees 6000 yearly Mess chargers 3600 month Other fees includes examination fees and other departmental fees which are very less. Scholarship is provided by up government to eligible students .

Campus Life

Liabrary is there in the campus with almost all books and it's opening timing is only during office hours of college. Students play various sports in college like cricket , Badminton , volleyball . There is also gym in campus which is self (student) financed and maintained by students .

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are good and spacious . Now double seater room is alloted to students in hostel . Hostels are alloted to students just after admission to mbbs course . There is 24 hours electricity and water facility in campus. Mess food and quality is also ok and menu is followed in mess .

Admission

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET is the exam in which u have to get good marks and rank to get this college. Neet is once a year exam held in May every year. You should have completed your class 12th in Biology stream PCB and English. Cutoff marks for college depend on your category as per reservation norms.

In each and every department faculties are highly qualified and they are alumini of prestigious and reputed medical colleges of India . Teaching in classrooms is mainly powerpoint based along with labs and clinical postings. You are free to interact and approach teachers anytime .

As a medical student , I think people mostly have a myth that they don't do anything rather than studying and have no personal time but that's not really true. I know that the amount of time we give to studies is far greater than any other course but being in a good college like Subharti offers many opportunities like projects and competitions to have a fun way of learning our subjects , their is community medicine postings and being with friends really eases all the burden.
