Basically, I have opted for an MSW-HRM course often known as MHRM because it is more concerned with human resources. And I believe that human resources are the assets for any organization so, if they're managed appropriately then they will create a wonder for your organization. Hence, the MSW-HRM curriculum is set as 3 days of fieldwork (practical) and 3 days of theory classes so that, students can apply those theories in practice which sets the students for real-world applications. There is a need for improvement in the course curriculum i.e. the recent trends and practices of HRM should be included and more focus should be given to leadership development and problem-solving skills. The difficulty level of exams is easy to moderate.

After the completion of 3rd semester, the students are almost eligible for campus placements. Many reputed local companies, domestic companies, and MNCs visit for campus placements and offer a good package. Almost every student gets a job from campus placements as well as on their own.

For particular MSW and MSW-HRM programs, the total 2-year fees are INR 124000(Regular fees) + 7000 (Approx. Rural Camp fees) + 15000 ( Approx. Study fees) + 4000 (Approx. Uniform fees) = 150000 INR and it may differ according to the place of rural camp and study tour. Students can avail of government scholarships if they are eligible. Also, the students who are into the sports and have played the state level, National level, and International Level tournaments and other related recognitions can receive the scholarship under the sports quota. Also, the campus placements are good. The students should have the necessary and required skill set to grab the opportunity.

Parul University every year celebrates the DHOOM festival as well as every important days and cultural fests. Those students who are interested for sports, they have the best platform to showcase their passion. Even, many types of competitions also take place so that students can participate. The students can also participate in NCC and NSS as per their interest. Also, there is an official portal for students where, they can check their attendance, timetable, results, exam schedule, and other important notifications. Overall, the campus is amazing and students can explore their favorite cuisine and spend their leisure time at the library, student room as well as at canteens.

There is no entrance test or GD/PI. One can get admission easily. Even, there are volunteers at the admission cell who will help you to complete the admission procedure. At the time of admission, one can get counseling sessions that will benefit the admission seekers to choose the discipline that suits them the best.

There is around 1:3 faculty to student ratio and this is a great thing as teachers are supportive and provides help whenever needed. The staff of teachers are qualified and always clears the doubts of students whenever they approach to them. Also, they are open and students can approach and interact with them anytime whenever they need.
