One of the best colleges in Pune

I liked the variety of courses offered by the college and extracurricular activities. The college has a good educational background and the students here get good opportunities to expand their visions and ideas. The sports department is very active and the Kalamandal is one of the best in Pune.

The course curriculum is fixed. The lectures take place one time and also the practicals. Sometimes the extra guest lectures are arranged. If there is any change in the curriculum the student get informed on time. There are some social activities and presentations involved in the course.

No. The college does not provide internship for my course. But I think there might me internships provided for other courses.

The students get many opportunities to expand their ideas and visions. The after course placements are good. There are many places where students can get placed after completing their courses. Students can go for teaching profession or they can go for the research field.

There are many events arranged during the course duration. Some events include competitions, debates, programs etc. There are many events arranged by the Arts department. Many days such as Mathematics day, Physics day is celebrated. Many other competitions are arranged.

The fee structure is simple. While completing the online form you'll get the chalan which you have to submit to the respective bank. The fees are quite feasible. You can pay the fees in installments but for that, you have to take written permission from the head of the course.

I don't know much about the scholarship provided by the college. But if you have good marks in HSC then you may get the inspire scholarship.

The hostel facility is quite good. The rooms are tidy and airy. The lighting conditions are good. There is no mess facility provided by the college itself. But there is plenty of mess available in the surrounding area. The quality of the food provided there is great and you'll get the majority of eating options.

The exam structure is quite simple. There is the main semester exam at the end of the semester. There are one mid-semester exam and two or three internal exams. They can arrange some surprise tests. The practical exam is held at the end of the semester. Sometimes presentations are arranged.

The selection criteria were based on the 12th marks. After completing the online form procedure the final merit list was declared. The selected students have to pay the course fees through net banking or chalan. After completing the payment the admission was confirmed.

This course is being conducted in the biotechnology department of the modern college. For practicals, the biotech labs are used. The labs and classrooms are quite good and big. The teachers are available there to solve our problems. Many instruments are available in the labs.
