Remarks

The college has a little bad toilet condition which they are improving day by day, but overall the college is good.

Entrance Preview

This college is nearest to my home and provide all the services and the teachers are cooperative and all the facilities for studying say labs, classrooms are up to the mark. Being a hospital, cleanliness is good. I can make daily up down from my home and it is convenient.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

This course is good as being a doctor is a matter of duty, discipline, and keeping your work before your family. I like to learn new things about the human body and being a dentist particularly learning about the oral cavity is such a great experience. Being a doctor, being respected and being responsible feels good.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, my college provides an internship. Here there are sufficient patients to work and learn on. Also, the faculty is polite and help the interns on each step.

Placement Experience

4

Companies don't visit the campus, but the students themselves have to find a job. Most of the doctors after BDS pursue MDS. But the job opportunities are very high because we dentists are required in many companies and hospitals. So we are offered a bunch of jobs to deal with.

College Events

5

Every year a fest is held in the college where all the sports events, other cultural events, dancing, singing and all takes place. A Star night also takes place where a star comes and the students are entertained. Also sports meet occurs once a year, where all the sports events are held and the winners are awarded accordingly.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible as compared to other colleges providing the degree. Fees include tuition fees and other charges. My total fees for 1st year was 3 lakh 1 thousand and an increase of 5% takes place every year. But according to fees the facilities provided are convincing.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know about any scholarships or loan facilities offered by my college for cooperative years. These facilities are not provided.

Campus Life

5

Campus life is great and a great experience being here and knowing the culture of Haryana. Everyday learning something new. There are more girls in the college as compared to boys. Many extracurricular activities are supported like acting and so. Many competitions are held by the college and the winners are awarded accordingly.

Hostel Facilities

5

Since I am a day scholar I can tell about hostel and mess according to my friends who have taken hostel. Hostel facility is good. All the students in hostel live like a family and help each other. Mess food is being improved since last year. And also the mess is renovated.

Alumni/Alumna

All the seniors are very helpful and understanding. They not only help us but also guide us with our studies.

Exam Structure

Exams as always are a phobia for most of the students. The teachers are strict and no unfair means are entertained. The practicals are tiring and are conducted for like hours. But this exam system is good because they check the ability of the student to become a doctor.

Admission

I got admission by counseling process. First of all, I cleared the entrance exam named NEET I scored 419 and completed the counseling process where I opted for PDM dental college and because my marks were up to the mark so I was allowed a seat in the college. Then I paid the respective fees through demand draft and this is how I entered my college life.

Faculty

5

The faculty is well educated and cooperative. They treat us as their own children, and not only focus on our studies but also on our etiquettes, our personality development. They are focusing not on making just doctors but Good doctors. They are much interested in teaching and making us learn everything in much less time.

Placement Experience:

I am a BDS student so for us right after finishing our BDS we are eligible to practice ourselves. Now it is on you whether to go for MDS or not, or whether to move abroad for your practice, we have our internships in the 5th year where we are taught how to deal with patients in real life so our journey starts right from our internships, a lot of fresh Doctors who have passed out from this college are doing great in life. I have a clear set of thoughts in chronological sequence as to this would be my way forward which includes doing MDS and going for opening my own clinic after which I shall move abroad for my practice.
