Remarks

I would recommend it for B.TECH courses (ONE OF THE BEST COLLEGE) Also B.arch is better here as placements or training may be weak.

Entrance Preview

Jaipur is one of the best architectural city, that's why this college is best for Architecture as architects share their experience in our Academic studies.MNIT is one of the best NIT in India, it is good for other branches too as placements for B.TECH here are possible as compared to other colleges. Campus and hostel facility is quite enough for surviving with peace and security.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Architecture is a very professional course. Various subjects teach you various fields of Architecture. For B.TECH also, you can access the official site and can print out the course of every subject which you will be taught during the entire semester. Each semester has its different course or upgraded subjects i.e you will be taught level wise here. The course curriculum is quite manageable here.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, the college provides us internship, as I'm in 2nd year, can't give you much details bur B.ARCH need internship from the 4th year(3+2) and B.TECH from 4th year(3+1) as training or internship.

Placement Experience

3

Placements for Architecture is less in percentage here as compared to B.TECH course. Generally branches like CS, Elec.,Electronics E., have more placements or 90% placements as compared to other branches. As usual, college is an NIT, job opportunities are possible here.

College Events

3.5

BLITZSCHLAG (ANNUAL FEST OF MNIT JAIPUR) -Rajasthan's one of the best fests where celebrities, events and a number of gathering from all over India happens. SPINX (ANNUAL TECHNICAL FEST OF MNIT) - Many technical events, competitions, and workshops happen during the fest with enjoyment. Students are invited from all over India to take part. MST (MALAVIYA SPORTS TOURNAMENT) - ANNUAL SPORTS FEST where students from all over India takes part.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As the college is under CENTRAL GOVT. the fee structure is feasible for every income category. Yes, the Fee structure is divided for both Academic and hostel facilities. Also, it is divided for DIFFERENT INCOME CATEGORIES (ABOVE 5 LAC, BELOW 5 LAC, BELOW 3 LAC, BELOW 1 LAC, ST/SC, FOREIGN STUDENTS) *Same for hostel facilities.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Enough hostels for both boys and girls. All types of rooms are here (SINGLE, DOUBLE, TRIPLE) For UG STUDENTS you have to live the 1st year in TRIPLE LOADED ROOM and Rest of the years in SINGLE ROOM, Enough space or section is in Triple or double room for personal use. Most of the hostels are loaded with the mess inside the hostel only.

Alumni/Alumna

The college has own alumni association. Every year alumni meet and happenings for marathon or events happen where 20-30 years old students take part. Also, the network of alumni is quite good here, they are helping.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is so simple and non-struggling for students here. Students do not face pressure due to a lot of exams here as they are not here. College only introduces 2 MID-TERMS and 1 END-TERM per semester (4months), practical and vivas can be added to this further.

Admission

I have appeared for JEE MAINS (PAPER 2) for Architecture/Planning courses and scored 230/380 in it. Then continued with filling JoSAA counseling and then CSAB special round counseling for which I have alloted a seat in MNIT for rank 1230(OBC-NCL CATEGORY). Then I have appeared for physical reporting at the campus with all required documents for further process of admission and confirmed the seat with the payment slips of counseling fees (payment after allotment of the seat).

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is enough for the number of students studying here and can easily learn 20/per teacher. Behavior and helping faculty. Experienced faculty is mostly here for teaching. College also allows guest faculties sometimes. Faculty per department is divided for per course/subject.
