Likes

Huge opportunity for taking part in co circular activities
Presentations are promoted so that it will boost confidence of student

Dislikes

Benches and classes are not so clean, need to work on it.
Water facility, water coolers are not placed as per the requirement.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teaching methods are good as per the cource but the things which were shown on pamphlets are missing like they were supposed to teach talleys, share market , etc. curriculum prepares very efficiently in real life, as confidence gets boosted

Internships Opportunities

I have not gone to any internships yet, but very recognised companies offer internships to students like JW Marriott, Vidhata Group etc. recently someone got a 13.58 lpa package from our college. Some students also went abroad for internships.

Placement Experience

Placements of colleges are good, easily students can get a whooping package of a minimum of 60 lahks. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue a CA. So, I don't have to care about placement that much after my degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The course is quite affordable as 27k is the fee per semester. The complete cost of the course will be less than 150k. The timings are from 9 am to 4:40 pm. Campus placements are also done, with good packages

Campus Life

There are various clubs made student can choose from according to their wish, campus life is good as many categories and canteens are there, social life of college is also very good. Talking about infrastructure everything is good, but need to work on the washrooms at the college

Admission

There were no entrance exams. admission was based on an interview and it was a super easy process and loved the interview part. Not sure of the reservation benefits. Application form cand dates can be collected from college reception

Faculty

Most of the faculty is placed on internal placementand has less experience. In commerce covered ratio of faculty to student is 1:45 respectively. But one can reach the faculty any time and interact as they are available and very cooperative. Faculty's way of approach is very good also they use advance teaching meathods

Interview Experience

Admission round was super easy, first I filled the form then every wednesday interview happen , I went there when my turn come they just ask simple questions like, HOW DO YOU GET TO KNOW ABOUT THE COLLEGE ? Why did you decided to take the admission? And some general questions!

Good option for B.com in hoshiarpur

Admission:

you need to fill online form, providing all the required details and scanned copies of the documents. there is a nominal online submission fees also for the form. Admission is only given only on the basis of the merit list created through the data provided by the students, there is no entrance test.

Remarks:

College is good according to fees but it is not good in infrastructure as classrooms are very much old and no proper tubelights and fans in classroom. Teaching staff is also not good. some teachers are only interested in teaching and other teachers do not care of any thing so this is a negative remark

Value for money khalsa college

Remarks:

College is good. Value for money college. But it lacks in extracurricular activities and strength of girls in our college is very less. And thats a big issue. College should work upon the interaction with students too. Joyful events should take place to make interest of the students in college

Best College in the Punjab

After completing my 12th . I choose pcte college and i want to pursue b.com which is beneficial for me . The eligibility of this course is only 12th pass with 60% . Which is good. Life in PCTE

It is very easy. Institute gives the chance to students to consult teachers and the teachers question the student cum interview. On knowing about the student's interests and skills, teachers suggest the right course one must opt for. So it is a good opportunity for students to have options. They also give a campus tour if we ask so. After that, we have to submit documents like the 10th and 12th mark sheet, character certificates from school, migration certificate, and if not general then caste certificate too.
