I chose this course because it was a new growing technology but after attending the classes I somewhat regretted my decision because right now there was no faculty that has expertise in the particular domain. Teachers were not assigned accordingly and that impacted alot in my learnings. The subjects provided were not according to the course I had chosen. This aspect should be improved as the fees is high and faculty is not provided according to that. Teaching methods should be changed and made interactive, practical, and based on the subjects. The frequency and timing of exams are good. No doubt RGPV maintains the exam duration and timings well enough.

Normally the fees structure was 35000 per semester for B.tech in Computer science but now it has increased because of the specialization branches. The complete cost per year was around 80,000 including the exam fees, college fees and other compulsory charges. The campus employment undertaken by me was none. Scholarships are provided to the SC/ST and OBC categories that is worth upto 35000 that is equal to the fees of one semester every year. Also financial aids like TWF criteria is offered that decreases the fees upto 12000 per year.

There are many clubs like team indigo for managing events held at college, celestial for music, thespians for drama or skits, E-cell for entrepreneurship, etc. These all are supported by the college. Events are organised in every 2-3 months. Also there are 3-4 libraries that are accessible to students for books and journals. There are around 15-20 labs with smart boards, working computers and well air conditioning. Various sports are promoted and students can participate in sports like cricket, basketball, etc. There are social groups like blood any time, E-cell, and many more which has good impact on a students life.

Eligibility for the course was just the 12th percentage criteria and JEE exam. The application fees was 2000 when I applied and that too was then included as semester fees that means no extra charges. The benefits were the TWF category which decreased the overall fees toh 12000 per year. And scholarships are also provided to SC/ST and OBC categories.

The faculty is qualified but the student interaction was less. Interactive sessions improves learning experience that was missing. Teachers are approachable but not every teacher provides a good, healthy interaction. The teaching methods are old and not practical approaches.
