- The campus of the college is the second largest in our state. It very clean and full of trees.
- Hostels facilities are also decent with 2 people leaving in a room.
Dislikes
- It is far from the main Patan city, so sometimes it can become difficult for purchase grocery.
- Washroom facilities are very poor. Only 2 washroom between 30 people
- In some non clinical departments there is shortage of professor and non teaching staff.
Course Curriculum Overview
This is noble profession and there is no doubt in why to select this best profession. We get to visit clinics in second year so we see varietys of cases and try to get adpat to new world of treating patients. We can say it a difficult course as there are 19 subjects.
Internships Opportunities
We have one year internship program in our college. It is done in our own hospital. We get stipend of ?23,500. Sundays are generally off if you don't have emergency duties. The patient inflow is great with rare cases seen.
Fees and Financial Aid
So yearly there fees of 330000. 12000 annually hostel fees and 2400 mess fees(this can variable depending upon mess). There can be increase in fees in upcoming year. Student can avial MYSY scholarship plus if you are girl child then you can get knya kelavni. In mysy you get up scholarship upto 165000. In knya kelavni you can 100% scholarship. If you belong to lower cast than you get mysy plus other scholarship also.
Campus Life
There is a annual fest known as spark ???? which is 7 day fest where we have cultural days like traditional day, executive day, bollywood day and many more. We also have the cosmos which is a inter gmers tournament held in our college. There is no club but there Medical Association known as HNGU medical students association which conduct various camp like blood donation, eye donation etc.
Hostel Facilities
There are 2 student living in a room. The room is good with a balcony attached to it. There are two hostels with 10 floors. There are two mess in ground floor of the hostel. Food is ok with lots of variety. Registration occur when you joined college.
Admission
There is NEET-UG exam where we need to score from 720. You can find application form the official website of NTA. There is reservation in every college. NEET is a once in year exam which occur in may and results are declared in June. It is moderate exam with 200 question from physics, chemistry and biology. The time take of form filling must reduce.
Faculty
In non clinical departments like biochemistry, physiology and in para medical departments like microbiology departments there is shortage of professor and non teaching staff. There only 2 professor in these departments. But try to teach decent. Others departments other than this have teacher more than 10 so there good teaching there.
