What Students Say?
Likes
- Professor to student ratio is less which means more priority is given to students
- All professors have a PhD from an ivy league and are excellent at the subjects
Dislikes
- Fewer funds for extracurricular activities
- Newly established college so it doesn't have much of a name
Course Curriculum Overview
Excellent curriculum, very relevant and subject matter is always great! Very interesting courses are offered and very few colleges in India provide such excellent options. I am also able to pursue a double major which is only available in liberal arts and I can delve into multiple subjects and expand my knowledge
Fees and Financial Aid
Krea only offers financial aid on need basis and not merit basis. The fees are quite high for Indian college standards but it is worth it in my opinion and they acknowledge the need for aid as and when required.
Campus Life
Amazing campus, it is isolated that's the problem. Lots of clubs to keep students occupied and facilities are top notch. We have all sports facilities ranging from tennis and basketball courts to pool tables and table tennis. Only no swimming pool.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are the best in the country. Alll rooms have AC, rooms are cleaned every alternate day. Mess is okay but good for Indian standards, corridors are cleaned daily and eating facilities are available inside campus. 3 meals and snacks are served.
Admission
No reservation benefits Rigorous admissions (3 steps- application, interview, quantitative aptitude test) The website mentions all details and mentors are available to help. Improvement is to bring back old procedure of immersive case and group discussion to filter out bad students
Faculty
Faculty are extremely approachable, all very knowledgeable and there is low student to teacher ratio making learning very effective. A lot of freedom is given to professors which is a bit of a double edged sword, but is mostly effective.
