Course Curriculum Overview
This is my 1st year in BPT. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a popular undergraduate degree program for those interested in pursuing a career in physiotherapy. Here are some common experiences that students often encounter during their first year in a BPT program: Introduction to Basic Sciences: In the first year of BPT, students typically study basic sciences such as anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. These courses provide a foundational understanding of the human body and its functions, which are essential for a career in physiotherapy. Clinical Exposure: Some BPT programs m I am currently in 2nd year so I will share my experience (being the covid batch) it definitely is NOT easy as people keep comparing BPT with other medical courses. First year was exciting, difficult, and I like it cause I like challenging myself to do better ????. We had online + offline classes with offline exams???? so the subjects
Internships Opportunities
In the BPT program there is mandatory 6 months internship. You will not get the degree until you complete 6 months internship. In the internship you becomes familiar to the clinicals which is the major aspect of the program
Fees and Financial Aid
The year i took admission the fees was 50000per semester but now for the 2024 batch the fees structure is 54000 per semester , College have a special scholarship program for jain students, But everyone can go for the government scholarships
Campus Life
Overall, extremely positive. For the first several months, more than a little scary; I was attending a college 30km away from my home that I’d never seen (heck, I didn’t even know it existed for most of my life) with two batchmates I’d never met. Just finding my classrooms on such a large campus was a challenge at first. But I love learning, loved my classes, loved the campus and - though through no intention of my own. Some time after we got married I had the opportunity to apply for a job at the branch campus of that university close to where we lived; having come to love the entire college experience.
Admission
Eligibility of the course is 12 passed student with PCB stream and minimum 60% marks in 12th. Admission process was very easy and simple Admission forms and everything is available in the admission cell in the college or available on the website. All you have to do is the entrance test which is easy if you failed in the first attempt then you get 2 more attempts to go.
Faculty
Faculty is too good there, they understand your thoughts and value them but small things can be neglected, faculty members from my department are great they always respect the students, but sometimes they overreact on certain things but this isn't a matter of discussion since this is their duty to make childrens disciplined
