Likes

Faculties are nice and helpful in everything.
Hostel accommodation is very nice in a good fare
Social activities are regularly conducted.

Dislikes

Hostel food is very average or else you must be a international hostel student.
Some staffs are overly making scene in class and make us mad.
Security guards are rude sometimes. Especially on gate 4

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually I'm an commerce Student in 12 th grade. And I really appreciate the curriculum of the course. Except the business mathematics paper. It is very hard to study. The main paper in accounting and it is easily understandable.

Internships Opportunities

I had worked in vijay stell and co as an internship. I learned to stock management and as an accountant. This helps me in the field work to learn easily. The every single student must attend the internship in various companies. No one must work in one company.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Accenture, TCS, and more companies visited in campus and I made 3 offers. Average package is 2.5LPA. 500 students per department is placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is 15-20000 Rs per semester. It is very affordable for a middle class students The hostel fees is 25000rs per year that is super affordable. The mess fees is 2000rs per month but the food is average. The company like Accenture and TCS come for campus interview

Campus Life

Muthamil vilah, Pongal celebration and Christmas celebration are held. We can afford 2 books from library for taking to home. There is projectors in every class room to teach with PPT and digitally. There is sport like cricket and football. There is more club for students to socialize.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms were with good facilities for 5 students per room. The meal provided is very average and the menu is south Indian. Admission is done on online while applying for degree. There is pg available outside the campus.

Admission

We have to apply through online. Or we can also apply in the office. The application will be in college website. If you were Christian you will get reservation benefits. The mark also plays in your admission process.

Faculty

The faculties are awesome but some of them were not teaching well. They reach like there is no link between them and us and rude behaviour. There are more good staffs giving us freedom and more activities to learn.

Placement Experience:

The placements in sastra is immaculate they have nothing to complaint of .Students from my course given placement training and eligible for placements from third year. Large scale of campanies have visited. some of them will be Tata consultancy(TCs), Paypal, federal banks ,Infosys etc. The highest package was 90000 per month and average package was 25000 per month. Students who have 8.5 cgpa or more will have pretty good offer from reputed companies. Plans after getting my degree is to do masters in abroad.
