SILICON - BEYOND TEACHING

Course curriculum of silicon University is average....not that too vast or small.respective books are available in the library for the respective semesters. Now the course curriculum might change as silicon has now got the tag of University.

Internship opportunities are less but still many students get a hand on internship with a average stipend of 15k per month. University also used to provide internship opportunities for the betterment of students

Placement scenario are quite good can be said average. Average placement in 2023 is around 5.6 lakhs and highest was around 28LPA. Around 30-35 students got more than 10 LPA packages . Students get a internship amount of 10-15 k per month

The total fee per year in B tech is around 161500 and the hostel fees per year is around 52000 for 4 seater AC. now many scholarship are being added for the students. Loan facilities can also be availed easily

Clubs are highly active . Sports club,music club and many other group conduct events round a year with gifts and surprises. Anual fest ZYGON is very popular in Bhubaneswar. Library has a good collection of books which are necessary for a student

Hostel rooms are no that much spacious. 4seater Ac rooms are a little better. Cleanliness is maintained properly without any delay. No electricity and water problem in the hostel premise. Cooperative hostel wardens ready to help at any time

The admission process was quite easy and simple. I had to pay a registration amount of 50k before admission to reserve my seat and at the time of admission that 50k was added to the course fee.There is provision of quota

Faculties are professional having good grip in their respective fields. Surprise and practice test at regular intervals along with assignments to do. Separate consultancy classes for doubt clearing and they are very cooperative.
