Geeta University Honest Review

The course curriculum for each courses are different. Geeta University designed Industry Oriented Curriculum. Each and every topic in the syllabus are added and crafted in discussion with Industry experts. The syllabus is flexible too which is the best part of the curriculum. During adding different subjects in each courses a special attention is given to the industry need, whic =h concepts students can apply in the real life scenarios where doing job in corporates or doing business. In BBA, we learn Business Management, Financial Management, Mutual Funds & Investment, Income tax & E-Filing, Business Research, Human Resouce Management, etc. Also Geeta University is the first university in the region which implemented New Education Policy from its first year of establishment. Thus, courses like Core Elective & Open Elective are added where students according to their interest can choose. Like BBA student can choose any subject of Btech course, or forensic science, and so on.

University Offers a lot of Internship Position. The university itself runs internship programs where students while learning and during the tenure of their course can do internship in the university itself. University runs XEDGE program which demonstrate Earn While You Learn. Although University invite different companies for Internship roles like Times of India, Edtech companies, etc. But if students want then they can do internship in college itself. The role offered in university are content writing, SEO,Web Development, CSS, Digital Marketing, CTPL, etc. For all courses, internships are made mandatory, Afer completing first can second year, students have to go and complete 45-60 days internships.

The placement of the university is quite average. Not all students get places, Students who have skills, knowledge, and caliber got placed. No favouratism is allowed. Although too many companies ranging from small to large visit the campus per year that offers decent packages. Companies like Aspiero, Byju's, Hike Education, Learnx, TCS, etc visited the campus. The highest package of the University is 40 LPA given by Aspiero, Pune. The average package is 6 LPA and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. The university promises 100% placement gaurantee and try all the possibilities to place all their students in good companies. For different courses, different companies visit like for Management courses companies like Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, etc visit. For Technical Courses, companies visit offer roles like Web Development, Software Engineering, Java Developers, etc. And for courses like Forensic Science, Pharma, various companies visited.

The fee structure of the college might be quite expensive for few students. But the university provides a lot of scholarship programs. They provide scholarship on tuition fees on the basis of merit-cum based (12th marks), CUET score, any competitive exam, GUTS (Geeta University Test of Scholarship), National Sports Scholarship, etc. If the score of students is above or equal to 95%, then university offer 100% fee waiver on Tution fees. Like in my case, my BBA fees was Rs.79,000 yearly (19000 Development Charge + 60,000 Tutition fees). I got 95% in my 12th class. On this merit-cum basis, I got 100% Scholarship on Tuition Fees. In additon, students who get above 90% receive 50% scholarship, and so on for different scores. For instance, university also provide Students loan scheme for students, where the annual fees will be paid on monthly basis to the university. Also many students are placed at very decent package in bog companies in different filed like Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.

My experience is Geeta University is excellent. I got so many opportunities here to grow in my domain. The life here at the university is magnificent. There are so many clubs in the university like Sports, Literature, Arts, etc. Students can join these clubs according to their interest. The envirnonment here is too friendly. There are lot of fest and activities where students from different courses can collaborate, work on same projects, showcases that, and learn from each others. Also the students here carry a great caliber in themselves. Moreover, the infrastructure here is good, neat & clean. All classes have airconditioner, projectors, digital tv, and modern devices. Labs for Computers, forensic science, and pharma is offered. All building are kept cleaned 24*7. Modern infrastructure is adopted.

The admission process is quite simpler. To take the admission, you can visit the university website directly and then fill your details to apply. Then University Admission team will contact you and clear your queries. You can also visit the campus directly for the admission. For instance, Geeta University provides free counselling programs to all students who visit campus. In counselling session, all doubts of students regarding courses, admission, choosing the best stream, future plans, choosing right career, etc are cleared. Stress is given to clear students doubts and make them clear to choose the right direction for their career. Then If student likes the university then they can submit the registeration fees and enroll in the programs. Then there is no difficulties in admission process. During my admission period, I did not face much difficulties. But due to small admission team and more students, I was asked to wait and the waiting was quite long.

Most of the faculty here are PhD holders and they are expert in their respective domain, For every subjects like in non-tech such as HR, Banking, Mutual Funds, Business, Entrepreneurship, etc, there are expert teachers teaches these subjects. Experience professional who worked years in such domains are providing there teaching services to the students. In tech subjects too, industry professional regularly visit the college to teach in-demand tech skills to student such as Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Website Development, etc. All teachers are dedicated to their profession and do a lot of hardwork to teach students with their full potential. They pay kind attention to each students education from toppers to average students. They are helpfull too. As a student you can contact them any time for any help or resolving doubts and they never deny for the help. During examinations too, they are always ready to clear doubts of students on any topics whether they have already done.

Although, I did not faced any interview or group discussion for the admission as I got admission on the basis on 12th merit scores. But for few students there are PIs directly with Pro Vice Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor. Group Discussion are not conducted at all, But test is conducted for students who want to avail scholarships on their Tuition Fees.
