AACP-MOULDING STUDENTS TO A PROFESIONAL PHARMACIST

The course helps us understand how medicines are manufactured and the way body react to medicines and mechanism of action of specific categories of drugs and their application in everyday life. The area of improvement would be the way if teaching as there are smart classes with projector and smart boards in every classroom teachers should discuss with the students about how they would like to be taught and some topics should be discussed in whiteboard also. The frequency and timing of exam is fair the college conduct two internal exam and one semester exam the difficulty level is optimum.

Tuition fee varies for CET students and management students as I am a management student my course fee is 2 lakhs per year and there is no rise of fee after joining the course or in between. The complete cost of my education including tuition fee,examination fee,service fee and other charges would be approximately near to 9 lakhs. College also provide scholarship opportunities for students securing above 75% marks. Campus employment is fair as I have also applied for scholarship from nsp,ssp as these are accepted in the college.

The cultural events are very vibrant and various events are held in college including : Cultural festival in the month of December January Sports day in the month of July August Freshers day in the month of December Graduation day in the month of October There is a well equipped library with all the books and journal available and the students are provided library card with which they can issue 3 books for duration of 2 weeks. The classroom are equipped with air conditioner,smart boards,white boards and projectors for enhancing teaching process. The college provide excellent opportunities in sports and encourages inter college,state and inter state participation and extra curricular activities are also very delightful. The college has institution innovation council which includes students who perform excellent in their results and there are members for cultural activity,ladies secretary, nss secretary,magazine secretary and class representative who conveys the problem to principal

There are three types of rooms in hostel one is with 3 beds other with 5 beds and the other with 2 beds the mess is available in hostel and quality of food is also good and rooms with attached washroom is also available there is wifi connection in the hostel. The menu changes every 6 months and includes all the meals like Dosa,chicken biriani,Upma,idly,noodles,rice,fried rice and snacks is also provided with evening tea. The registration process is easy we have to visit the hostel and fill up application form and deposit 6 months fees and can choose the room we want. The hostel is located few kilometers away from the college campus but there is bus stand near the hostel gate where we can take bus and within 10 minutes we reach the college.

Any students of science background scored above 75% in the board exam are eligible for this course there is no specific entrance exam in college for admission of B.pharm students. The college application form is available offline and can be made available at college office,application fee is around 400 rupees. Reservation benefits are not given The frequency of exam conduct is 2 internal exams and 1 semester exam the difficulty level is fair. The area for improvement would be only in improving admission via online process also it would be great for people from other state who wants to take admission can find it very useful.

The faculty to student ratio is fair and learning experience is also very good teachers are very helpful and cooperative in helping any doubts regarding the subject. The faculty's are very experienced and ha e a sound knowledge in the subjects and mentorship quality is also amazing. We can interact with teachers any time before or after class or in their cabin they are always ready to help out and approachabilty is very easy and in friendly manner they clear the doubts.
