I chose being doctor as a profession so I chose it. It prepares me for real world as we are regularly posted in hospitals. It is an excellent and well oriented curriculum with regular theory and practical class done on regular basis. Practicals are done on alternate days for Biochem, physio and anat.

Internship is part of the 5.5 Yr course and is done in the hospital affiliated with the college Here it is GG HOSPITAL which is the biggest govt hospital in the district Currently the stipend is 24000 or 23000 I don't know exactly but it is either one of the two that I am sure This is one of the highest stipend in the country among medical colleges

Course fee is 25000 + 1200 hostel fees(annual) plus around 2-3k other charges. This is a very less fees as compared to other state govt medical colleges. Mess fees I think should be mentioned which comes around 3k per month Scholarship is also provided to needy students Internship is the part of the course in which we get a stipend which is 24000 currently and increases 33% per 3 yr

Not many fest are organized since my admission, one I have seen is the GARBA FESTIVAL. VARUN DHAVAN was the chief guest another major fest is also organized named Ecstassy which is kind of annual function here. It is an all round function with sports and cultural programs

Hostels are provided by the college itself so no need to rent a pg like colleges in rajasthan where first Yr student don't get hostel Hostel room is allotted shortly after the admission 3 seater room is allotted in first Yr, 2 seater in 2nd and 1 seater in 3rd Yr onwards Only 3 hostels are in good condition out of 10 hostels for boys

Admission is done via neet exam, which is a national level entrance test I got 641 marks and 9687 AIR. This college was allotted to me in 3rd round counselling Admission process was smooth as seniors came and helped me in the process. Reservation is here, for All India Quota general cutoff is 641 Obc cutoff 640

College faculty is very good. Even HOD takes regular classes which is very rare. Practicals are done on regular basis and the professors and residents help us in every way possible. In my view it is more than I expected
