Nair hospital dental college

The curriculum encompasses all aspects of human body including anatomy physiology medicine surgery along with details and importance given to the dental subjects. The college has an efficient curriculum with ample amount of patients for students to get a hold of the practical aspects of dentistry.

Paid internship is offered by the college where students are expected to work for one year with rotations in 8 departments. Stipend provided is around 11000 rs or as prescribed by the government for the particular year

The tuition fee per year for open category is 71000rs. The totat course fee for one year includes the tuition fee along with development charges, library charges, hostel fees, etc which then amounts to a total of around 81-82k. Fees for category students is lesser. Students can apply for scholarships as well which is provided by the govt of Maharashtra depending on their category

College has around 6-7 committees that the students can be a part of which include decor, editorial, cultural, goodwill etc.Events are held in the college as well as in the hostel. Annual function is held every year.

Hostel facility is excellent as compared to any other govt colleges. There is ample space in rooms with 4 PPL in each room. Beds pillows cupboard and study table provided by clg. There are common washrooms and bathrooms but they are clean with geyser in each one

Any person who has cleared neet can apply in the counselling for admission in the college. Clg is alloted according to preference selected by the candidate and marks obtained in neet. Cutoff for open category usually goes upto 530-540 marks. The admission process is thereafter conducted according to the govt rules and regulations

The faculty members are all well experienced with excellent knowledge of their respective subjects. Teaching methods used by the faculty are such that the topics are well understood by children and are easy to grasp later on
