Likes

I personally like the students enjoyment and refreshing areas like greenzy, Capitol and many more.
Parul's Hostels are preety good for residing inside the campus.
They have a vast and big campus to roam around and have fun.

Dislikes

Facilities are not upto the mark. The fees we are paying is not the worth
Food which is provided in the hostel is like yuck. Not good in taste.
Campus is very big so wherever you want to go you have to walk only.

Course Curriculum Overview

In BBA Hons (my course) it doesn't have much importance of studying because if you want to study you have to and if you don't want to study then don't study because at the end they will pass you but attendence has very much importance.

Internships Opportunities

Yes Internship is available for every studnets and here we have hotstel internships also it means MFF my first friend here you will get paid around 5000 not more than that so you just have to be rector in absensce of rector not more than that.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't take scholarship because my father didn't want me to get that free money so I have paid the wole fees which is 116300 for 1 year and it is to be paid in 2 semester 58150 and 58150 Yes there are scholarship and financial assistance in our college so those who want to take part in PU then they are most welcome

Campus Life

Yes my experience in PU is very good. Here events are such like very good every single festival is celebrated in up to the mark manner and I think so that Parul is famous for its events and celebration only.

Hostel Facilities

Over here there are many hostels which provides facilities of AC and Non AC and It is upto students only that whether you want to take hostel or not but I would suggest you to have hostel life for 1 year and then if you think that hostel life is good then you should stay there.

Admission

No I was admitted in Parul Directly. No such entrance exams were given by me. When I entered the college I just asked them that I want to take addmission in BBA so they directly give addmission to me in BBA.

Faculty

As I belongs to Gujarat so, those faculties who are gujarati I can interact with them properly in good way. Wherever I didn't understand anything then I just ask them in gujarati and then they teach me in easy and gujarati language. But on the other hand faculties those who belong to any other states like South or north then the coordination doesn't exist over there.

My main reason for choosing this course was firstly the Simple BBA was not in that much demand due to the involvement pf technology in evry sector.due to this the course BBA ITM was best for the current times dur to the inclusion of technology and commerce and the curriculam was perfectly designed with the optimal mix of theory and practical applications of these knowledge by organizing events to back your theory and industrial exposure. The main area of improvement was recently covered by the collage by introducing more dynamic specialization like BI , digital marketing ,IT so thats all.the frequency and timing of exams are correct and the difficulty level of exams are close to 4 which can be high but its best

Placement Experience:

Campus placement varies between 4-8 LPA after graduation from GLS University. Almost 65% students gets the placement after getting degree which is still not bad for Tier 3 college. Campus placement also depends on Course you opted for and level of your skills. Companies like TCS, wipro, HCL, ICICI, Asian paints, and many more visited GLS University for campus Placement. Companies choose candidates from various Domains with certain rules and regulations followed by Universities guidelines. Candidate which has plan for MBA can also build strong foundation from choosing BBA course. But the overall packages still feels low as compared to living expense of today's world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is not that what I expected to be I am more of the practical learning guy , but the faculties depending on their course are more of a lecture given type classes . The classes per subject are for an hour and the timings for the classes are accordingly given , their is two timings to attend the classes and their are two batch, morning batch and evening batch . The courses should be much of practical based and should be fun and interactive .

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student
