Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The curriculum designed may seem a little hectic till the 2nd semester but later it helps in grasping the technical knowledge and participating in hackathons and another technical event. By 3 -1 semester students will be aware of the important subjects like design and analysis of algorithms, computer networks, architecture, etc which play a major role in placement drives conducted from 3-2 semester.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Companies such as HPE, TARGET do provide preplacement internships. There will be mini project in 4 -1 and a major project in 4- 2. Students have to do an internship in 2nd and 3rd year , that internship project will be evaluated and grade will be added in successive semester grades. Generally during 2nd and 3rd year student do opt for virtual internships. College encourages to apply for research internships offered from various IITS NITS and other prestigious institutions.

Placement Experience

4

From 3- 2 semester itself students will be given a chance of attending preplacement drives, through these drives if selected students get preplacement internship. From 3 - 2 end actual placements do start. 80% of the students get placement by the end of final year. There is an abroad cell which helps students interested for their higher education in abroad from the examination advice to college and further scholarship and accommodation details.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for any engineering course in stanley would be Rs. 85,000. Only in the 1st year - Rs. 85000+3000 should be paid. This extra 3000 is Autonomous fee. Apart from this for every semester Rs. 2600 exam fee will be collected. For students who are eligible for government scholarship get 35000 reimbursement, so they just need to pay 40000 as college/tuition fee. The management quota students have to discuss with the management. The transport fee is around Rs. 22,000 and varies according to the distance.

Campus Life

4

Annual day is celebrating once in 4 years. And there will be a technical fest held around March- April every year. In each semester a traditional day is conducted. Also festivals such as Holi, bathukkamma, New year, Christmas, etc are celebrated. There are cultural clubs of different branches, not many . And very few technical clubs. Every year college encourages and trains students to participate in inter sports competition held between colleges. Classrooms are provided with the projectors, only in March and April there is a lot of heat. Coming to library, there is a book bank facility which charges 5000 , paid only once. Here students do get all the books required for the semester at once which has no time limit to return until the semester ends. Others can take the books for 15 days. Other competitive books such as RRB, GATE, SSC etc are also provided in the library. Journals and other novels and books are also provided. Also there is a mini digital library too.

Admission

I have applied to the college through TS EMCET, applied through normal counselling process. I belong to 2021 batch , at that point the cutoff was 22,000 rank for CSE department. If a student's rank is around 25 ,000 one can easily get into CSE, CME , AI&DS ,IT groups. Other groups like ECE are also there whose cutoff goes down in the rank list. Can be applied through EMCET counselling process , if alloted visit the college and submit required documents and acceptance form. The process will be handled smoothly. The administration branch is so supportive and if there is any query regarding second counselling or availability of other branches, they will suggest in regarding.

Faculty

4

There are faculty who are really good at Technical knowledge and are currently or already done their PhD. Approaching them for any guidance and other internship opportunity will provide wider opportunities. For about each 20 students, a mentor is assigned and thus a class has 3 mentors. On top of this a class incharge will be there. The faculty is very approachable and can meet them anytime in the staff room. On the other side there is a bunch of faculty who are not so proficient with their technical knowledge and had no idea of the subject. But if the problem is taken to HOD , their will surely look into it. There is a P.E.T mam too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course cirriculum is well designed and provides a balanced mix of theoritical concepts and practical application. One os the main aspects that influenced my decision to choose this course was its sturctured syllabus, which covers both fundamental knowledge and advanced topics. The inclusion od real-world case studies and projects work has been particularly helpful in connecting classroom learning with practical industry requirements.
