Course Curriculum Overview
At MPEC computer science and engineering department, most of the teachers are stick to the old bookish theories but there are some teachers who promote us to participate in various hackathons, webminars and other trending technologies.
Placement Experience
In your 7th semester, the companies start vising the campus for recruitment. There are many companies like HCL, Informatica and other startup companies visited this year. The highest package this year was 11 CTC and average package was 2.25 lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
As per my opinion, there is a hike in college fees because when I took addmission in this college the fees is nearly 1 to 1.25 lakh per year but now it rise to 1.5-2.0 lakh per year. The government provide scholarship to student nearly half of the overall college fees.
Campus Life
In maharana, there is a less chance to get a annual fest. If they arrange any fest, they cost very high from the student if the student not given the money then they double the amount and then add in the student's fees. There is no social group, club, or portal.
Admission
If you want to take addmission here so, you have to clear your intermidiate atleast 40%. Otherwise you have to appear in CUET or JEE exams. SC/ST have extra benifits in reservation. The scholarship section take some money to forward your application to the government.
Faculty
At MPEC, the faculty members are very corporative and stick to their deadlines of projects, assignments, examinations. They holds atleast master's degree in their respective fields. We approach our college teachers not only in college hours but also after the college time.
